Absolutely fabulous! Can't say enough, terrific in every way. Most NYC (Manhattan) homeowners have nothing but complaints about their contractors, we have nothing but praise. Great job, highly recommend, and would absolutely use again next time we need high quality work done. Joe P. and his team are awesome!

    BNH Home Improvement
To Whom It May Concern: I would like to take this opportunity to warn future consumers about a Contracting business currently operating as BNH Construction NY or BNH Home Improvement, license # 1433553-DCA operating in the city of New York. Let me explain why I am taking this action. The owner of the company, Adam Chen will chase you and call you back until you sign the contract and give a deposit. After that, calls, emails and texts are completely ignored. When they finally show up to start the renovation, they send a crew that has no experience and is basically learning the job on your dime. I was told by their foreman, that they "fired" several of the workers because of the poor quality of their work. This after they had done a lot of work in my apartment. I was promised an English speaking worker every day and that was not the case. I had no way of communicating with the workers, as Mr. Chen seldom picked up his cell. There were different workers showing up daily who had no idea of where the project was and no knowledge of construction.Their work is shabby, messy, unprofessional and there is not one single thing that was done correctly in my home on the first try. They ruined the electric in a brand new fan, they scratched my brand new 50 inch Sony TV, the hardwood floor installation was a disaster with more scratches than straight lines, they installed my basin faucet crooked, chipped my brand new Quartz vanity top, had to repaint several walls since they were too lazy to clean their brushes in between colors, the tile floor in the bathroom had to be re-done twice, they broke a professional lighted makeup mirror, they hung a wall mount TV without painting the wall behind it. They had no regard for the few personal items that were left in my apartment. My clothing (which I had left protected with heavy plastic bags) was somehow covered with construction dust. My printer, small tv, cable boxes and routers were thrown around like garbage. They disappeared for weeks, even months at a time blaming it on the city, awaiting permits, while it actually was because their crew was sent to work on a different job. While I am discussing permits, I have waited since July, for the plumbing permit final inspection. I have called the DOB several times and they have no record of the inspection being requested. At the writing of this letter, it is May 31st. While there was a short delay due to lack of communication with my architect, I am living with an unworkable kitchen as a result of their permit issues. If you hire BNH be prepared for a 6 to 8 week job to last at least 12 months and a barrage of lies and excuses. If you are ok with a "crap job" these guys are for you. I am notifying the better business bureau and will file a complaint with the licensing division for contractors.I have photographs of many of the issues as proof of the quality of their workmanship. You will see how they left a radiator painted, floors missing grout, closet doors that don't close, floor molding installed crooked, cabinet hinges installed improperly, my stove still unconnected 1 year after the start of the work, door knobs glued on, no paint behind a wall mount tv and it goes on and on... Please note: there is no option for rotating photos, so please look closely

    Elfralie Interior Painting
We found Victor through Yelp (he had 78 five star reviews). We purchased a studio on the Upper East Side in NYC that was a mess. Victor took down doors and the old crappy window shutters. He patched massive size holes made by the electrician and painted the entire space - kitchen cabinets and built-ins - around the other trades we had in and out over a 4 day period. The final result is fantastic. I would hire him again.

    BNH Home Improvement
BNH Home Improvement did an outstanding job for the renovation project we did for our new apartment on the Upper West Side. We couldn't be happier with how our apartment turned out. BNH was highly recommended by another tenant in our new building. Richard was our project manager. While another company estimated three weeks for the work, BNH estimated one week and was able to complete it, plus some work we added on, in a week. The team was very efficient, which saved us money and hassle as we were able to move in on time. We had two walls put up, the whole apartment painted, our brick fireplace repointed, recessed lights added, and ceiling fans installed. The new walls are great as they blend in perfectly as if they were always there. The fireplace looks so much better due to the repointing. Richard worked well with us to accommodate specific preferences we had, including composite wood doors for the new walls and soft LED lighting. Pricing was good. We found the team easy to work with. We would definitely work with BNH again. From speaking with friends and family, it seems that it is rare to find contractors that work so efficiently.

I wanted to give a radical change to my house and my friend told me about this company, my carpets and walls were a disaster and when I saw my house I could not believe it, everything seemed new, they did an amazing job.

    Build Now NYC
These boys re- did my kitchen and bathroom and did an amazing job. I gave victor my credit card number and had him get to work with his own ideas because I had very few. He did a finaminal job. I highly recommend this company.

    Drexel Estimating Llc
Aaron White (owner, I assume) was VERY RUDE. I have e-mails to prove it so. He provided me with an estimate of $300 for commercial HVAC parts but the average cost for HVAC on this project is $40,000. but he calls that an "estimate". VERY unprofessional. I wouldn't hire him PERIOD. He needs to change his Business Proposal for something more than a scam for all construction industries.

    Conceptual Construction Corporation
We called conceptual construction and Wilson Vataj agreed to meet the next day. He showed up on time and sent me a detailed and competitive estimate in 24 hours. The work began on time, the workmanship was excellent and the work was completed in record time. Wilson emphasized that they would take great care to protect our building and our home and they did just that. We couldn't be more pleased.

    Brooklyndorman LLC
It went great! Darren was the consummate professional - always on time, going above and beyond, and trying to save me money along the way. I've continued to use him over the years whenever any issues pop up in my apartment because he's so much more reliable than the handyman in my building.
