  • Let me say, I only spent $100 because I threatened to Provider name locked. them and they gave me back about $690 in labor costs. Here is the whole scenario. We took our 1996 Provider name locked. 960 in because of rough idling. They told us it would be about $785. We paid it. Within one day, the problem was still there. I took the car back. They then "diagnosed" the car and said I'd have to pay $2,200. I told them no way, and they gave the car back to us. At one point, we opened up the hood to find some sort of tool left next to the battery. It was a sort of screw driver. I could only imagine what would have happened if we had hit a bump and that tool had flown into the engine fan. I then did some research and found another mechanic. He charged about $450 for a complete tune up in addition to fixing the problem, which was a misfiring cylinder. I wrote to Provider name locked. demanding my money back and told them I was going to court if they didn't pay me back. They paid back the labor, which amounted to, as stated above $690. Bar none, the absolute worst experience I've EVER had with a mechanic.

  • The service was pretty unprofessional. When I went to pick up my car the agent was not there to deliver the car to me. Even though I was paying for their service they acted like they were doing me a favor.

  • Provider name locked. Honda is fine. I have no complaints with them. They are very friendly and helpful like if you get an oil change you are in and out. I don't want to state my leasing price because we negotiated and I don't think they would be happy if I give that out.
