  • Provider name locked. is a waste of good money. I have been using a CPA that I had met a few years back through H&R Block but since my income went up last year, I thought I would invest in a fancy high priced CPA that would be more knowledgeable about tax law and who would be able to help me save more money. How wrong I was. The only extra service I got out of these guys was smugness and nastiness. The husband part of the team has the communication abilities of a 12 year old. He is arrogant and unable to express himself in any kind of a clear way and when you ask him questions, he flies off the handle and lets you know that since he's the tax genius, then you must be the idiot. I experienced this in both phone conversations and in emails. This might work on some people who have extra money to give to smart-sounding people, but for me, it was obvious that he is just a kid with a fancy vocabulary. And at the end of the day, I got so sick of dealing with him that I ended up going to my old CPA from H&R Block who did just fine in figuring out my taxes.  Unfortunately I had paid a hefty downpayment to Provider name locked. which they refused to reimburse and they even wanted to bill me for another 8 hours (at $150/hour) for their wasting of my time. They are not worth it.

  • Since 2005 Provider name locked. has been doing Provider name locked. work for me and my husband. A few years ago I moved from Missouri to New Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. now comes here several times a year to work on our Provider name locked. . She also does much of our work remotely and online. She helped us to originally set-up the bookkeeping system for a corporation we operate as well as for our personal finances and several trusts that I am executor for. In addition to managing and keeping all the books, she prepares our taxes and manages our corporate records. She also prepares annual accountings for the trusts, reviews our budget and helps us with any Provider name locked. questions we have on an as needed basis. Provider name locked. is always timely and responsive. We trust her completely with our financial record keeping and organization. She is a total pleasure as a human being and as a professional.  I cannot recommend Provider name locked. enough and consider myself extremely lucky to have her on my team.

  • Initially it went smoothly and Provider name locked. was able to clean up some past mistakes, which was a positive. However, rather quickly she proved unable to work effectively with some people in the office. We are a small office and this created a lot of divisions unnecessarily. When we started holding her accountable for both her actions and her performance she began to get manipulative, trying to pit people against each other. She would find inopportune times to email (like late Sunday night) and be subversive about things that were agreed to in the office because she wanted to do it her way and her way alone. This obviously became problematic and unworkable. We continued to try to work with her, but to no avail.
Provider name locked. can effectively process transactions and do basic bookkeeping functions. She has a moderate level of organization, but things often have to be repeated to her many times for it to partially sync in.
She is not capable of designing systems and processes from the ground up or understanding how the different parts of the business interact with each other in order to design effective and efficient processes. She is only capable of seeing it from her perspective and her perspective only.
The "me first"/ "why doesn't anybody listen to me" attitude may work for some companies, but it proved unworkable in ours.
