  • I called because my washer wasn't working right. The technician came out quickly and diagnosed the problem, and the price was reasonable. He said he needed to order the part and left. I didn't hear anything back until the next day, when they called and said it would be 3 to 5 days before the part came in, at which time they would be calling to come out. The part was ordered on a Tuesday; the following Monday I called to check on it and was told it wasn't in yet. The very next day they called and said it was in -- 7 days later. The man in the office actually argued with me, saying it took exactly 5 days for the part to come in. The only way that could be true is if they didn't order it when they said they did. So he calls and tells me the part is in and that they are going to come out Friday, which was THREE DAYS later. There was already a delay from waiting on the part to come in, and now another delay waiting for them to come out. They gave the impression that when the part was in, they would be coming out right away. Very frustrating. I tell him that I'm going to text my husband and let him know, because on that particular day we would have to coordinate schedules and change plans and move things around and figure out who could take off work. I ended up being the one to take off work that Friday for the repair, got someone set up to pick up both kids at 2 different places. It took some time, but I got things coordinated so that everyone was taken care of. Called Provider name locked. 's back the next day to set everything up, and he tells me that he is now booked for Friday and that his technician is on vacation for a week after that, and he cannot come out to fix the washer until Monday after next, which would have been THIRTEEN days later, and THREE WEEKS from the date that the part was (supposedly) ordered! I'm sorry but that's unacceptable. You cannot make your clients wait weeks on end for repairs. Hire another technician; ask your one technician to wait to take vacation - I don't know, something. I was just absolutely shocked at how long it was taking. And the worst part about it is that there is no sympathy whatsoever - the attitude from the guy in the office is like, "that's that; take it or leave it". They do not care at all. I cancelled the service call and called A1 appliance this past Friday. They have the part in stock and don't have to order it, AND it's cheaper than Provider name locked. 's price. Today is Monday and the technician is on his way out to fix my washer right now. Three years ago I called Provider name locked. 's (after looking on Angie's List) when my refrigerator went out. The technician came out within the hour and helped me take everything out of the fridge, and fixed it in no time at all. From the time I called them to the time my fridge was fixed was probably under 2 hours. This is why I called them to fix my washer. I'm completely disappointed.

  • I called Provider name locked. in early September 09 to fix a broken frig. They came out to my address on 9/8/09 and addressed the problem by changing out the "relay". The frig worked fine for about a month then stopped working. Since they were unavailable, thankfully so, I used an alternative technician who pointed out that the "relay" was installed improperly (I have a signed receipt spelling out exactly what was done wrong along with a commitment from the technician that he'd be willing to testify in court for me if I decided to take it that for) thus burning out the compressor and ruining the frig. I called Provider name locked. and left messages several times since then to tell them about this issue and the need for some kind of resolution/rebate/repair. They have never returned my calls. This frig was part of a rental unit and due to my work schedule I had very little time to do research for a cheap solution and had to buy a new frig. I expect some kind of compensation from Provider name locked. .... a refund of the original repair bill at the very least. FYI - Provider name locked. bill was paid by Provider name locked. one of my tenants whom I reimbursed Provider name locked.

  • Provider name locked. was just what I needed- someone who could look around at what was needed & repair things with no fuss.  He made every effort to fit the job in when I needed it done, & was easy to communicate with.  He went out of his way to work with my schedule & his pricing was definitely something that I could live with.
    This is the beginning of a good relationship.  We needed a handyman that we could trust, & thankfully have found Provider name locked. .
