My daughter recent purchased a mobile home and has had repeated plumbing issues (must underneath the home). We called Provider name locked. for an estimate on replacing all the plumbing. Provider name locked. came out quickly to look over the situation and provide an estimate. The quote was a bit on the high side, however since they specialize in mobile home plumbing and guarantee their work, we decided to go with them.
They require 1/2 payment upfront 1/2 payment at time of work or full payment upfront for a small discount. I was nervous about paying prior to any work being completed, but trusted his decent ratings on Angie's list. When we paid he said they were wrapping up some other jobs and would schedule a time with us in about 10 days. After two weeks I called him to see what was up. He seemed a little confused who I was at first, but eventually we got aligned and scheduled work for the following week.
They guys came out to work on time. The did a great job - replaced all plumbing from the incoming water line to all fixtures in the home (including replacing shut off valves and supply lines to faucets, etc). There were two additional tasks on the estimate that we paid for - fixing an incorrect/out of code water heater install and replacing a small section of under the home drain pipe (that was not to code). Unfortunately the workers knew nothing about those tasks so those had to be completed at a future date.
We called and arranged time for those future items to be completed. Both were done and done well. Final step was for underside of home to be insulated and that was completed a few days later.
All in all we are pleased with the work completed. If you hire them you may need to keep after them a bit to get work scheduled (there were no issues and they were prompt once scheduled) and you may need to keep a watchful eye to ensure that all work agreed too is performed (there seems to be some communication issues between Provider name locked. and his team at times).

Provider name locked. made an early trip to inspect my home due to my scheduling conflict. Very professional and was in and out on time. He gave me a detailed estimate and we scheduled the work, which was substantial.
The following Thursday, his crew, Provider name locked. and , I think Nick, arrived on time and immediately began their work. They worked under my home, installing anchors and straps for two days. They were very professional and amiable.
I could not have been more pleased with their work ethic and the results.
And, yes, the estimate was accurate. Very important to me!

I called his office and he came out to my home. He came out as scheduled and I told him what I needed. He wanted cash, and told me he would come back the next morning. He arrived and I gave him the cash. He went around and sealed up my home and was supposed to go under my house to check if there was any seasonal damage. I was in the house, not under the house with him. I paid him and he left. Less than a week later I have a stream of water leaking from under my home out to the garage. There was a stream of water coming in around the connecting wall and out the garage door - down the drive way. I called him immediately and have called him for a couple days. On Sunday, someone come out and takes down half of the wall to see where the water is coming in. This service provider told me that the leak has been going on for a long time, there is mold, and the dryer vent is laying on the ground! There is no way the inspector would have not seen the mold, damage or the vent laying on the ground. This service provider was able to stop the leak.
His office finally called me back on Tuesday. I had given my cousin this guys number. I told the office I wanted him to come out and re-inspect the work. When the wall finally dried out, I hired a third company to come out and repair the vent. Provider name locked. Consturction comes out and I have another guy from another company laying on the ground working on the dryer vent. Provider name locked. (Provider name locked. ) is immediately aggressive and tried to blame the dryer vent issue on me. He was totally aggressive to the point where the guy laying on the ground working on the vent got up. It was obvious that he felt vulnerable too. Finally, Provider name locked. (from Provider name locked. ) stomped off, storming down my driveway swearing at the top of his lungs at me. He was supposed to go to my cousin's house to do some work, but he just blew him off as well.- Robin D.
