AI'm a nurse who's on my feet all day and often suffers aches and pulled muscles from maneuvering patients around...I saw Jamie a couple months ago for a massage, and she was incredible! Her home was in a quiet neighborhood and she was very friendly, but allowed me to be quiet and drift off a bit during my hour. I left feeling so much better, and she did a great job targeting which areas of my body held the most stress, and even showed my some stretches she recommended I practice daily. I'd love to go back sometime...wish I could afford to do this more often!

AI was met by the massage therapist who directed me to the area to disrobe and get on the table under a warm clean sheet. The room was freshly scented by candles and soothing music was playing when I went in the room. The massage technique was excellent. I would recommend her to anyone and I have gone back several times.

AFirst time with this provider. She was very professional and attuned to my needs and requests. There was a CD playing and although the music was good, the disc must have been scratched because it started acting up requiring her to stop the massage and replace the disc. She also seemed to have some sort of post nasal drip which had her repeatedly clearing her throat. I felt bad for her because there was nothing she could do. Still, because of the nature of the treatment, it was a little distracting. I also made note of the start and end times and my session was ended 6 minutes early. Not a very long time (but who wants to gives up 6 minutes of a massage?) I forgave her this when, before I left the office, she provided some stretching tips for me to do at home.

ASchween, Lyle JHe's excellent. He was really good. When you go there, you just don't get a chiropractic visit, it's usually like a rehab center where they have weights an stuff and they have a massage center so get a rehabilitating massage in addition to getting your back aligned. The staff have always been really friendly and nice. They never messed up my pay.- Kevin W.

AMario's Massage TherapyI found Mario through my acupuncturist. He was excellent; his hands should be insured. I went to him before I had surgery. My doctor said my abdominal arteries and veins had to be in tiptop shape. I had a CAT scan to verify that they were all working properly. I went to Mario first to make sure that they were good. He massaged my thighs which are connected to the abdominal blood vessels and everything came out fine. His massage for my back is excellent. He helped decrease my pain considerably. He studied the body like he was a doctor and he can explain exactly what's happening in your body. He understands what happens when you have pain.- Beth H.

ATritsis, Zoe A.I have chronic lower back pain and bulging disks, and have recently taken over a lot of computer work, which has been throwing everything out of whack. I've been going to Zoe for years, most recently to help with my newer neck pain, and she continues to do wonders for me. She's super-talented and intuitive when it comes to her massage technique, with years of experience. She'll go as light & soothing as you like, or if you're into deep-tissue, she'll buckle down & dig in to find the source of your woe and work it out! I've met other fans of hers who have been going to her for years and they agree with me that she's extremely talented. The studio is lovely, tucked in a back garden uptown with lots of light, but the massage room is nice and cozy and dark. You're hard-pressed to find something more comfortable. I can hardly stay awake half the time and I get a lot of deep tissue work done! Overall it's a fantastic experience, perhaps not as over-the-top posh and/or "spa-like" as something else more corporate, but honestly, I've had services done all over town--I live a block from Belladonna--and Zoe is by FAR the best.- Kate H.

AA Cure for the Blues Massage TherapyThe establishment is clean and peaceful. It is not one of those spa type establishments but it has everything that is needed for an amazing experience. Zoe is AMAZING... She is the only person in over 5 years that has been able to alleviate my pain for more than just the session. She is very flexible with her time and is a wonderful example of what an amazing massage therapist should be. Thanks Zoe for making life good again!- Valentina M.

AMassage Envy SpaThe folks at Massage Envy are very personable and helpful. The office environment is not and quot;plushand quot; like a spa but is fine. (More like a nice doctor's office.) My massage therapist, Peggy, is the best! She really knows what she is doing. She also does facials, also very good. A good value, if you are looking for a monthly arrangement.- Alton and Jean T.

AMassage Envy SpaNice place and everyone is very friendly. I had a facial and it was good. The only thing I had a problem with is that there is a huge push to purchase the products and the monthly club.- Lisa D.
