    CNM Home Repairs
Cary and his assistant, Noah were on time, did repairs professionally, and worked great as a team. The end results are perfect and done to last a long, long time. The price was a few dollars more than I expected, but well with it. You get what you pay for.

Work was done in a very professional and efficient manner. They communicated with us ahead of time to be sure they understood what we wanted and did the work while we were out of town. Its exactly what we wanted and we couldnt be more pleased.

    MLM Inc
Project is in a hundred year old building and included raising the ceilings in the closet, Kitchen/breakfast area. Full bath and Kitchen remodel. Coordination of crafts and both jobs worked well. Good input from MLM during the biding process and throughout the project. Use of their project app was useful, but could have been used to show upcoming work plan a little more. Daily contact with job supervisor helped with quick resolution of issues that always arise when opening up walls and ceilings. Cabinets and appliances not in contract price

They did a great job. They showed up when promised and completed job in timely and professional manner including cleaning up work area. For second job, I was so confident in their ability and professionalism, I gave them a key to house because the job took more than one day.

    Brooks Quality Painting And Contracting
David is a pleasure to deal with. He really tries to offer you his full attention and best service. His team was friendly and professional. He painted numerous surfaces in our house - from easy to more technical/difficult. He had great suggestions on how to handle the trickier projects. He also stands behind his work and will fix anything that needs updating. I would (and am) definitely hiring David/Brooks again!

Will I Am Painting Contractor LLC
Mr. Osaria and his crew did a wonderful job. They were polite and professional. The first day they laid down a covering that stretched from my homes entrance all the way to the back bedroom to protect the floor. The work took two days and Im very pleased with the result. Mr Osaria himself was there the majority of time and I appreciate a business owner who is involved and interested in making sure a job is done right. Ive already asked him for an estimate on the next project.

Will I Am Painting Contractor LLC
Wow! Wonderful from the first minute. These guys were incredible. Will and his team were so professional, helpful, polite, and overall wonderful that I cannot say enough. They showed up on time, every day until the job was done. My beautiful antique heart of pine floors were not damaged, nor were my expensive chandeliers covered in paint drops. They started with covering my entire home with corregated cardboard and plastic, then went to work prepping my entire home, carefully and for several days. There were almost zero mistakes, and they even were willing to fix sheetrock mistakes and add moulding and new glass in places that required it. The entire team seemed to work incessantly and were always cheerful. And when another inconsiderate sub damaged the already complete paint job, they fixed it without complaint. I couldn't ask for anything more. Will told me his quote wouldn't be the cheapest nor the most expensive, and he was right. He gave me a very fair price, and even though it was a bit much for my budget Im soooooo thankful I went ahead and hired him. It was 100% headache free. They will absolutely be hired for my outdoor painting, as well as anything I have in the future. Thanks to you all!

Zack did an amazing job! I just love my new little studio apartment now that he has worked his magic. He converted what had been two simple rooms into an efficiency apartment with kitchenette, 3/4 wet room bath, and a sleeping loft with neat stairs! Fabulous! It was so nice to work with someone who is not only a skilled craftsman but also an artist. His prices were also very reasonable!

    SES Enterprises LLC
SUMMARY: SES did high quality work. They stuck to the projected cost. They finished within the estimated timeframe (or at least close enough). PRELIMINARY STAGES: SES promptly returned our initial call and set up a visit by their estimator. Within a very reasonable timeframe (maybe a little more than a week), we had the estimate in hand. In contrast, we were shocked to see how difficult it was to deal with some other contractors--even in the early stage, when we were trying to give them business. DETAILS OF THE JOB: They gutted ~50% of a ~180 sq ft bathroom to the studs; did some framing/re-framing; removed a large tub and patched in some hardwood; completely re-did the mortar bed/tile/plumbing for the shower; re-routed an HVAC intake to a different part of the house; moved/added some plumbing and electrical; installed a new commode and tile floor in a new toilet closet; hung crown molding; installed a double vanity with a stone top; hung a large mirror and frameless shower door; built out 2 closets. QUALITY. Their renovation was high quality and fit perfectly into our 1930s arts-and-crafts home. They found, sanded, and painted an old 5 panel door to match the doors in rest of the house. The salvaged/refinished pine floor fits into the existing pine floor seamlessly, and the new trim work matches that in the rest of the house. Their tile guy did an outstanding job on the showerfloor to ceiling with a bullnose and a niche. The subs they used for the vanity/stone top and for the mirror/shower door did a high quality job. We designed our closets and the trim carpenter built them out perfectly (soft-close drawers and all). COMMUNICATION. This was a big asset to the SES experience. Ashley kept us posted with an email almost every day. We knew what to expect when we got home from work, as well as what to look for the next day and the rest of the week. In the rare event that there were surprises or delays, Ashley would let us know right away as well as what the resolution would be. While Ashley was the main line of communication, the owner, Shawn, was very accessible as well when necessary. PROFESSIONALISM. All the people we interacted with were professional and punctual. The workers were respectful of us and our home, and they did a great job cleaning up every day. With very few exceptions, people were at the house every weekday (and even some weekend days), from the start to the finish of the project. THE UNEXPECTED. As the work proceeded, some minor structural damage from the old shower had to be addressed and the hot water heater needed some repairs. These were taken care off in a time- and cost-efficient manner. Otherwise, there were a few miscommunications regarding the electrical rough ins, a plumbing valve, the closet build outs, and the shower door. All these were very minor and easily addressed. Along the wayand especially as things neared the endShawn made sure we had everything exactly the way we wanted it. This was our first time hiring a contractor. Before our renovation, we had heard many contractor-related horror stories. Our experience with SES was drastically different. We are already scheduling another project with them.

    A-Z Home Improvements Co Inc
Great contractor to work with. Enclosed an existing patio and added a shower to our half bath. After several quotes, Barry's plan for the work was looking out for our best interest. Others were more interested in taking the easy path instead of the right path. The job took only 7 weeks of so. Barry handled everything from start to finish. He and Jeff are as professional and trustworthy as they come. Where required, he used equally professional sub-contractors for concrete, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and tile work. We got more than what we expected with exceptional results at a reasonable price. Their professionalism is worth every penny. We would highly recommend A-Z to anyone.
