This was a difficult job because Bill was working in a tight space trying to disconnect the manual pull cord to examine it and determine the problem. He was determined to get the cord off and did so. I would recommend Bill to any and all ..he was a consumante professional.

Provider name locked. did a great job. Pieces I thought were totally destroyed were restored. Most had signs of being under water for weeks, but he put them back together and in some cases made some very delicate pieces to replaces parts that couldn't be found in the mucky mess.
He also refinished a side table I bought at auction and did a beautiful job. I would recommend him to anyone needing restoration services.

Work was beautifully done; the chairs were picked up and later returned to our home exactly at the agreed upon time. They do have a backlog of work so the wait was rather long, but I was informed of that in advance. They are not inexpensive but they are worth the time and money for antique or heirloom pieces.
