AAl Sanchez Construction LLCTo say I am satisfied with the work performed by Al Sanchez Construction, LLC, would be putting it mildly. I am more than satisfied with the workmanship, their promptness, their top-notch communicating skills and, in general, the whole job from the day they started until they finished. Michael Pfister and David Sanchez helped me not only feel comfortable with the work they were doing but went above and beyond to help me find a plumber and give me advice on all the work that I needed on my 108-year-old home. Being recently widowed, I felt pretty helpless in taking on these tasks, but because Michael and David were totally honest with me, (they actually reviewed other estimates I received on jobs not relating to the foundation and made phone calls to these other companies to question the quote and the scope of work), I felt like I found two new friends in addition to top notch foundation men. I would recommend these men and their company with ten plus stars. Additionally, I have told them that if any future customer of theirs wants a verbal recommendation, that they should not hesitate to give those clients my phone number.- Peggy C.

They took an appropriate amount of time to make an assessment and shared with me their findings and alternatives. They were not pushy but made themselves available for questions and alternatives. I appreciate their honesty and communication style. The team did a great job...from the first visit to give me a quote...to the end until when they were done! The professionalism I experienced was beyond what I expected. All employees were very professional and personable. AI used them to screen in my patio and do my gutters four years ago, and they did a fantastic job! I needed some repairs done on the screen door on my patio due to my grandkids and dog, and Ken, the owner, came the next day to see what repairs would need to be done. As soon as the necessary parts came in, Jodie, a member of the team, came and fixed the door in under thirty minutes. He was super nice and very professional. Not only did he fix what we asked them to fix, but he also took the time to make sure that all the work they did four years ago was still in good quality! I would highly recommend the A1 Aluminum team to anyone who needs this type of service in the future!

AThe work began within the timeframe i was told. It took about a week and a half to demo and complete the project. Vista did a really good job. The attention to detail was terrific. The crew that did the work were hard working, very respectful, and knew everything about doing the work. The cleaned up everyday before leaving and when completed. The result was better than I had imagined and looks stunning.

By Thursday night my driveway was poured despite his crew being exhausted. Ive never seen guys work so hard. The end result was awesome. AThey performed a video inspection of the plumbing, included with the service and provided a copy of the video. The estimate was for two truck loads. The team that performed the work were right on time as scheduled and were very pleasant and friendly. They completed the work, only using one truck load and washed and cleaned the area before leaving. The invoice was half of what we expected due to using one load instead of the planned two. Every time I called their office the staff is very pleasant. I find it was a pleasure doing business with them and will continue to do so next time I need their services.
