While cleaning my gutters I noticed a patch of roofing had come off. I contacted them and with in hours they were on site fixing it. I was really impressed with their responsiveness and pricing. Even my normal contractor couldn't beat the price.- Kevin H.
Great, they cleaned the inside and tested the gas supply and inspected the top which is three stories high! They checked the back of the chimney where you clean out the ashes. Very nice, they laid cloth down to protect the flooring. The price was what I was quoted. Very nice family business.

I contacted the co. in january of 2013. They came out promptly and gave an estimate and a time when he could start. The time frame he gave was a month or two down the road which I said was ok, but I wanted the job finished by the start of hurricane seasoI had to call back in june to see when or if he would start the job. After giving me several times when he didn't show, he finally came a few weeks later. He brought his supplies and worked on the surrounding roof area which he was also going to repair and spent a day working there, then didn't see him again until the middle of the summer, or the middle of hurricane season. He finally came back in August to do the actual fireplace work and them found out the whole stack needed to be replaced which he couldn't do. He was able to contract a masonry co. to do that portion of the work which was another disaster story that required a 6 person team of maids, a Provider name locked. steamer crew and a ductwork cleaning company to resolve. That was in August. I've been calling and texting every week to see when Chimney chiefs would complete the job, but after missing several specified dates when he said he would be there, he won't return texts or calls.
While I was never in a hurry to get the job finished, I did say several times I'd like it finished before hurricane season started, it is now the end of hurricane season and 10 months into it and it's not finished. Even with the disaster of a masonry job, I didn't think it was Provider name locked. 's fault, but there maybe could have been more communication with the masons who never once came into the house to look at the job from the inside.
I contacted another co. today to finish the job. I hope they can give me a Provider name locked. date when they will be through. If not I'll go to the next co.
While Provider name locked. was personable and like-able enough, and I think he would do a good job, it's getting him to actually show up to do it that was the problem. He has too many personal things going on to be reliable.
