  Way beyond my wildest dreams. Chris specializes in difficult stain removal, and areas of dried pet stains were well set in. The end result was amazing. This is a perfectionist who has high standards and did outstanding cleaning. Chris worked me into a tight holiday schedule, promptly on time and efficient in his completion of the job. Needless to say, I will use O'Brien's for any type of carpet cleaning I will need in the future!

  Better than expected. Tennants left an extremely dirty carpet that I thought would probably have to be torn out. Chris (the owner) was honest and said he wasn't sure he could get it completely clean. I decided to give it a shot and he got out all the stains.

  Chris, the owner, was knowledgeable about types of rugs and cleaning procedures. He carefully moved the furniture, brought his hoses in from his well equipped truck, and quickly cleaned the rug. Upon leaving he provided instructions for allowing the rug to dry. He was the most professional carpet cleaner I have used and would definitely call on him again.

  They do an amazing job! I have them clean every two weeks. I have them alternate spring cleaning and regular cleaning. $150 Spring/$100 Regular Would highly recommend! Thanks Idell and crew for all you do!

  Excellent. During estimate I was cautioned carpets would not be as original. While not as original, they came VERY close. The sofa cleaning was excellent and saved me from buying a new one. As for the tile, it, including the grout, ended up looking as good as the day I moved in. The cleaner, Amoldo, worked really hard to ensure everything possible was done. All in all, the only surprise was how well everything looked afterwards.

  Great job. Found on Angie���s list and emailed. O���Brien called me quickly and quoted a price and time to start work. Showed up on time and even called ahead. Great communication. Cleaned a carpet and white fabric sofa as promised and went above and beyond by cleaning closet carpet even though I didn���t reserve that ahead of time. Worked hard the entire 2 hours.

  They didn't show up for the first appointment, which they admitted was their scheduling error. It was a little inconvenient to reschedule. Not sure if their method is the best for the type of rugs I have. Would need to do more research.

  He just did an excellent job. The other rooms have new carpet in them. We were doing it more, or less as a test. To see if we could make it look good, to go with the other carpet. We were willing to take a flyer on it, and if it didn’t work, then we would go on, and carpet those two rooms. He did just a beautiful job.

  I couldn't be happier with the results. Dan from D & G was friendly and helpful from the first time I spoke to him over the phone and didn't shy away from the natural fiber sofa like other companies I called. Due to the age of the stains and the sofa's color (white), he warned me that the stains likely wouldn't come out but was confident he could remove the cat urine smell. On the scheduled day, he and his assistant arrived on time and cleaned the sofa and bedroom carpet in just under two hours (and threw in steam cleaning another small bit of carpet I was using as a rug in another room). The bedroom carpet looked new when they finished; the stains were completely gone. Although the sofa cushion stain didn't come out completely, as Dan predicted, the odor from the cat urine was completely gone, which was my primary concern. They took two wool area rugs, both of which had strong dog urine odors, back to their facility for cleaning and returned them today. The rugs are like new. The colors are bright and, most important, the smell is gone. Dan could not have been friendlier or more professional throughout. He took my calls or returned them quickly if he was not available, and he explained the process to me and answered every question I had before the cleaning started. Maybe it's a minor point, but I was impressed that they arrived looking professional, neat and pressed in company shirts (and that they put paper booties over their shoes before coming into my house). I had to reschedule the initial appointment because I had a conflict and even though it was a bit last-minute, Dan was very accommodating. (He later had to reschedule due to an equipment problem but was very apologetic and gave me ample notice). The rug cleaning did take longer than estimated, but the result was worth the wait.
