Salesman very helpful. Needed a special order for a refrigerator with a left handle and hinges on the right side. All on the showroom were just the opposite. Had been to another retailer and no luck. Salesman took the time to look thru available inventory to find the refrigerator that would work for us. Received refrigerator as promised. Delivery men we very nice. They had to take the refrigerator up a flight of stairs in the rain. The delivery men were professional.- Teri L.
The Provider name locked. rep, Provider name locked. Ford, examined our house and current situation and spent the time to discuss in detail various possibilities. We didn't have an enormous amount to spend and weren't interested in replacing the entire system. We received two other quotations for the work, but they were either much more expensive or the relative value just did not seem as good (lower rated system; we ended up with a Trane 13 Seer AC compressor.... would have like to installer more energy efficient, but ..$$$.). In the end we decided to have the compressor and the heater replaced for the upstairs system and just the compressor for the downstairs system. The work was expertly done in a very timely fashion. The connections of the existing duct work to the new heater were very well done (no evidence of leaks) and repairs to one damaged duct were done at no additional charge. The only bit of bad advice we got was the suggestion to install a duct at the top of the stairs; the problem is that, in the summer, water condenses at the duct and drips on the stairs (more a problem with New Orleans). The system has been in operation over a year and has worked very well. We *have* had to replace refrigerant in one system late in the summer of 2011, perhaps indicating a very small leak.- Russell S.
I had a disappointing experience with Provider name locked. . The level of customer service I received was poor. Items were not ordered nor delivered as promised. The day before my cabinets were to be installed, I received a call from Nordic, notifying me that the installler was on a large job, and would not be able to install the cabinets for another week. When they did come to install, they did not have all the items I ordered , one cabinet was damaged, and the installeer had no intention of telling me about the damaged cabinet. The power strip I had ordered held up my installation for four weeks and when finally came in, I had to pick it up at the warehouse and the strip was the wrong size. Other items were not received on time. Had I not stayed on top of this, I probably would still be waiting for my items.
I wish I had not shaken off the two Angie reviews i read before I decided to go with Nordic. I thought mabye they were isolated incidents, but my experience was very similar to both of them.
I would think twice before going with Nordic.
