They will also walk you through the installation of the new part(s). I had my doubts, but it worked like a dream! My technician was very knowledgeable and patient. It was worth the small price of the appointment just so he could tell me that a connection he asked me to disconnect "would take some tugging, but it will come off". Dcould not do work for a week and hot water needed sooner. Jeff of all Trades came immediately and returned next day. Heater could not be repaired. We replaced heater and he charged $385.00 for two days service calls and labor. I am very happy with Jeff.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
