  • Provider name locked. was able to fit me in as a new client the morning I called and work with my schedule. They worked my cat in and Dr. Provider name locked. examined her for what I thought might be bladder crystals. He was very gentle but thorough with her and answered all my many questions about the issue at hand as well as her mild but chronic issues. He explained his diagnosis of the current concern and how we were going to treat it, both short and long term, giving me a good understanding of what to expect as the cat gets better or if she doesn't. In addition, he had clearly read the records I'd brought in from our previous vet so I feel that the discussion we had was very comprehensive. They were able to do a semi-annual examination on her so that when I run out of her chronic medications I can call in for a refill, rather than have to bring her back which is very helpful. Provider name locked. 's staff also called later in the week to check on the cat which was pleasantly unexpected.  Being new to Nashville, I took a Provider name locked. based on the Angie's Lists reviews and was very pleased with the service. It feels good to have a vet home in the area I can trust.

  • Provider name locked. is the kind of place that works only if you want inexpensive maintenance on your pet.  You will not get the kind of personalized service you would from a long-established vet in your local area.  You will, however, have to choose a monthly plan that includes certain services on a certain fee schedule.  They do have Saturday hours, but if you ever have an issue at an odd time, you will still have to go to a pet emergency clinic.  The main thing to watch out for is that your contract will renew automatically
every year, so if you are dissatisfied and want to cancel, watch that anniversary date, or you will be charged into eternity.  You will never be able to establish rapport with an individual physician, because they will always be different.  Call me old-fashioned, but I like it when the vet remembers your pet and your name!  I had an issue with my contract, and it took 2 years to resolve.  When you call the main toll-free number, you will be put on hold forever, and forced to listen to commercials. If you just want maintenance and shots, I guess it could work, but if you want more personalized service, find a local vet.

  • I think I've got the best veterinarian in the world. His price is either the same or less. It's very reasonable. I have a relationship with this place for 15 years. I'm very picky about who takes care of our cats or family members. Your pet is the top priority and not for financial gain. He's all in it for the welfare of your pet. He shoots straight. He will not perform unneeded tests without checking with you first. He is a delightful person. I would trust my animals with him. I had a Bull Terrier. It turned out she had terminal kidney disease. We went to make her feel better. I took her in. It was bad. He said, "Provider name locked. , it's fine." I trusted him. He didn't say, "We might try this or that." We're forking out more thousand of dollars. He just simply said, "It's time." I would give A all the way down.
