  Progressive Painting and Pressure Washing

  We can't say enough good things about our experience with Progressive Painting. Dennis Phillips is a true professional who delivered more than expected. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Dennis always arrived early and kept us fully informed about the progress of the job. His staff were courteous and worked through some pretty tough heat conditions to keep our project moving. It was apparent from our first conversation that quality and customer satisfaction were really important to Dennis. If you decide to work with him, you won't be disappointed!

  First Class Seal

  Brian did a great job and the price was reasonable. About a month after he did the work a contractor spilled something on the driveway that damaged the sealant in spots. Brian came back and patched the spots for free. I really appreciate that!

  Sparkle Pressure Washing

  This is lengthy because I have a lot I would like to say. This seemed like a daunting project for me. I have a large deck, partially enclosed and screened, and the rest open and exposed to weather extremes. The open part gets no sun in the winter so it's prone to mildew. It gets burning sun in the summer. The unenclosed space was in bad shape and needed stripping and staining but the enclosed space is ok for now. Marc "Sparky" Glinstra quoted the job back in April for what I felt was a very reasonable price. How do you do this project without making a mess of the inside? He accomplished exactly that and I couldn't be happier. The inside and outside are different color stains (planning to do the inside later) and there is absolutely no stain or overspray anywhere to be found inside and no screen damage. Even though this was quoted in April, the work was completed July 5, but that was no fault of Sparky. I had vacation, driveway resurfacing, and unexpected street paving going on and he was dealing with that along with stormy weather and rain for two months. When he started, he even threw in a chemical spray cleaning of some mildew on the back of the house for no charge, and also repaired some broken lattice. He kept a constant eye on the weather and wouldn't do work when rain threatened. The payment was less than the original quote because of the type of stain and stripping that needed to be done. When does that ever happen? He also knew we were having an outdoor gathering July 6 and made the deadline. This guy is good folks. Thank you very much Sparky. I really appreciate your honesty. I feel like I got a steal considering what I would have paid just for stain, not to mention the back breaking do it yourself job this would have been for me.

  We were impressed with Philip's expertise and skill in cleaning our house. He did not do more than we needed. He was able to clean areas that had been difficult for others. We were extremely pleased with the results.

  Armistead Pressure Washing

  His performance was horrendous. He simply waved the washer over the stairs and rails, leaving tell-tale evidence of his subpar job performance. The deck received a slightly better cleaning, once again ignoring the toprails and uprights. The bench received virtually no attention. His stain job was equally as bad as his cleaning. Most of the rail assembly received little to no attention. The deck itself received the worst stain job I've ever seen. Little to no stain was applied to most of the deck area. An additional bonus I received was a partial application of stain on our white brick house. They were supposed to return the following week to clean the brick, but a month later and we're still waiting. They have done no follow up nor repaired their terrible workmanship. Before asking them for a bid, ask me for some photos of their work. I have since had to restain the deck on my own....a complete waste of the money paid out to him for unacceptable work. This is but my first step in seeing that he will not be bilking others out of their hard earned bucks any longer. Mr Armistead, you have been put on notice!

  I couldn't ask for any better service. Took a while for them to get started due to the weather, etc. But once they started -- WOW! Totally different looking house. I am very detailed and when I saw that the white on the columns had run down onto the part that I wanted blue - they came back and touched it up; repainted the porch and repainted the ramp. I recommend Nash Painting! And yes, I will hire them again! Thank you!

  Sparkle Pressure Washing

  Paid $62 to reserve an Angie's List deal for a pressure wash for the exterior of my home in November 2017. Total cost would be $179 if it's ever done. Over the last 11 months, I've tried a half dozen or more times to get him to honor the deal. He would never commit to a specific date. Instead, he has told me on more than a few occasions that he'd get to it "in the next couple weeks." It has now been nearly a year, and it still hasn't been done. Getting pretty frustrated. I'll come back and change the grade if the job is ever actually completed.

  Given the size/scope of our powerwashing project we vetted over eight (8) Angie's List companies and picked Brian Molder based on experience, approach to our project and price. He was very communicative about scheduling and punctual on the agreed date. We appreciated the fact that he did the work himself (with the assistance of one other helper) and worked with a high attention to detail and thoroughness. He even took the initiative to wash other areas and patch some of the rock wall which was starting to wear/chip. He was easy to deal with and provided advice on other landscaping issues we might have to address in the future. We will use him again when the occasion arises.

  Brown's Pressure Washing

  Two words: AWE-SOME!! This 50+ year old house has NEW concrete around it. The brick hasn't been this clean in decades. Caleb and Ben were on time, brought great equipment and were total pros. In business you either go big or go home, and Brown's goes big with the right equipment, service and all delivered with a smile. Total score on communications - text to let me know everything. Start to finish was just a few hours. I cannot recommend these folks more highly and completely thankful for Angie's List for their inclusion. Their A rating is much deserved.
