  • I like they’re interconnected. It’s wonderful. You Provider name locked. ’t have to remember your different medications, as everything is right in front of them. I've not run into anyone there that I've felt uncomfortable with - even the front desk staff. They have a niceness to them. The environment is very clean and very bright. It's very comfortable. Waiting time varies with each doctor, but they have a policy that if your beeper doesn't go off within 10-15 minutes of your appointment, they'll try to do something for you to speed things along. I like that you get a printout after each visit which recaps the appointment. They have an email system where you can email the doctor with general questions, and they typically email you back within 24 hours.

  • When i found out I was pregnant I called for an appointment and was informed that I would have to wait until I was ten week in. I explained to the office that I had suffered miscarriages in the past and was eager to be seen, at seven weeks pregnant. I was told this would not happen. I started having troubling symptoms and called multiple times but they refused to see me. They said that most pregnancies end in miscarriage and that was why they had to see patients after ten weeks. I felt they anticipated my miscarriage which did happen. The evening I miscarried I called in because the pain was so severe as well as the bleeding. I told them i was afraid I may have suffred an ectopic pregnancy. I was told they could see me in 48 hours and to call back. I called again and begged them for an ultrasound when I was informed that the Dr would have to order that because patients could not demand them. I found out later that a Dr was never briefed on my calls, it was a certified midwife. I then called another Dr in the Nashville area who after hearing my symptoms told me to come in immediately. I was examined then rushed into an emergency ultrasound which showed an ectopic pregnancy and blood in my abdomen. I was admitted into the hospital and given medication to end the ectopic pregnancy. Had I waited 48 hours I could have lost enough blood to have been in major trouble, I was told this by the ER staff.
Provider name locked. did hear my concerns about this issue but still practice the same (at a distance care). I have a pregnant friend who is trying to get in who has also had major problems and concerns and Provider name locked. is not interested in seeing her either.
It's my strong opinion that you must take the Provider name locked. of your body and health because Provider name locked. treated me and my health the same way they treat everyone else which is not the right thing to do. There are real people behind those charts and protocol must be challenged to save a woman's live. I greatly believe had I waited those 48 hours I would not be typing this now.
As I said I appreciated Provider name locked. taking the time to hear my side of things but was very disappointed that they did the same thing to a friend of mine a year later.

  • See above. I saw her almost weekly for month (standard care during fertility process). Again, she was always professional, compassionate, upbeat but realistic. I think she really cared about me and my desire to have a family. Her energy seems endless. She is obviously knowledgeable about her field and stays up to date on her practice.
