He did an outstanding job with the repairs and chair returned in a timely fashion as of yesterday. His work is outstanding and he went the extra mile to help match the leather. The color of the brown leather he found ironically matches the chair logo on his van. This is the place to get your prized leather furniture repaired without a doubt. He also was excellent at keeping us in the loop with pick up time and delivery of repaired chair

He was very professional from the start.  Contacted me about details of scratches ahead of time and confirmed our appointment a few times via phone and email.  He showed up on time and assessed the couch/scratches.  He tried a sample on one scratch to see if I approved and it looked amazing.  I had him do the entire couch and it looks brand new.  I would highly recommend him for any leather repair needs.  The entire service only took about a half hour.

Stephen was referred to us by a friend.  We have a 20 year old leather sofa that was sagging and uncomfortable to sit on.  Stephen scheduled us promptly, rearranged his schedule to accommodate ours, and arrived right on time.  He spent the whole day working carefully and meticulously on our sofa. Re-stuffing leather sofa cushions involves dismantling the sofa!  Stephen did an excellent job, and the sofa looks brand new.  More importantly, it is much more comfortable to sit on. Thanks, Stephen!

My dog scratched up the cushion and back of a leather club chair when she was trying to get a toy she dropped in between the cushion and arm rest.  The damage was quite extensive but the leather was not ripped.  Leather Finesse was able to repair the chair in our house and took the cushion with him, mailing it back later.  It looks as good as new!

My couch looks brand new because of Leather Finesse! The dog had chewed up the bottom portion of the couch near the leg and the seat had cat and dog scratches on it. Leather Finesse came to my house and fixed the couch!  It looks great now!  You cannot tell that a dog or cat has even been near it!  He took off the part that had been torn, matched a piece of leather to it, and then repaired it..all right in my living room. He dyed and cleaned the seat portion of the couch so it looks like new leather.  My couch went from looking shabby and torn to brand new.  I am so thankful I called Leather Finesse.  Thank you Stephen!!

Great customer service!! The owner fixed the tiny dog collar as I waited and at a reasonable price. Shop was very nice and clean; it didn't have that shoe glue odor that most shoe shops have. They even make key duplicates, too.

I emailed Leather Solutions with pictures first. Sandy replied a day later saying that she could certainly fix the scratches and that she would be in my area the next week. Her estimate fee is $35 but this is refunded if you decide to go ahead with the repair.  We set an appointment time for 9 to 10am, and she called at 9 to say she would arrive about 9:45. She's very professional and an easy person to talk to. I had some studying to do so I was reading most of the time while she was doing magic in the living room. It seems like an art form to be able to mix color and match texture.  If you are looking for experience, then look no further - she's been repairing leather for 20 years and it shows in the quality of her work. I was slightly worried about letting someone work on a $3,000 piece of furniture but it was clear that I found the right person after the first conversation with her. She has repaired leather in the private planes of Reba McEntire and the governor of TN.  The session was less than two hours and the total cost was $125. I would have paid twice that for the work she did.

I also had one item cleaned and restored, which I was very happy with! It turned out even better than I anticipated! The salesperson also offers helpful tips, which I found to be very nice as well.
