Went great. From start to finish, they did what they said they were going to do, Provider name locked. up a plan, came on time, carried out the plan, went above and beyond to finish out a little roof over a well, and did a high quality job. The owner has a strong work ethic and integrity. If everyone operated like this, we wouldn't need Angie's List! They returned later to deliver dirt that they had promised.

I contacted Absolute Water and Drainage via recommendations I had seen on Angie's List, and I am so happy I did. Let me just say what a stand up business these two have. When we first contacted them, we had about 4 inches of water in our East Nashville crawl/basement. Provider name locked. put me in contact with one of the contractors they work with and he came out and was able to pump out the water for a very appropriate price. He indicated that I really should have Provider name locked. come out and take a look at some of our issues.
Absolute was quite busy at that time, but they came out to our house within a month or so and were very prompt of the time/date we had agreed upon. It just so happens that at the date they came out, we had had rain the previous days and again, there was some water (about 1-3 inches) in the majority of our basement area (unfinished). Provider name locked. quickly was able to assess the problem and determine what was required if we wanted to secure this not happening in the future. He recommended 1) new sump pump, properly sunk (the one that we had was not properly installed by any means), 2) partial french drain and 3) tying all existing downspouts into underground lines and taking those lines out into lowest area in our yard. He thoroughly evaluated our property, and even went so far as to drain the water out himself at no cost. He had a spare sump pump that he had removed from another location and got it working (as ours burnt out) and was able to pump out almost all water.
Furthermore, he (and I am assuming this is true for his company) made no overarching sales pitch. He in fact, discussed with me how my gutters were not large enough nor installed properly for the amount of watershed from our roof. He told me that he would certainly be happy to come do the estimated work (see above; roughly $5,000.00) but that I may want to fix the gutters first and then monitor. He put me in contact with fantastic gutter crew that came out the next week and redid our entire gutter system. As his schedule at the time was very busy, he was unable to fix our sump pump, but even went out of his way to help me and consult with me while we were able to get another contracting crew in to properly install sump pump.
The gutters and new sump pump that he recommended have greatly reduced the problem, but not solved them entirely, and therefore as soon as we are able, we are absolutely going to contact Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. to finish our work.
I want to say thank you to both of them. Provider name locked. is a true craftsman, and is able to discuss with his clients what needs to be done in a reasonable and understandable fashion. I look forward to working with them both in the very near future.

Let me start out by saying Provider name locked. is a very nice man. He is someone that I would like to go camping and fishing with or that I would like for our daughters to play on the same soccer team. But, I hired Provider name locked. Provider name locked. as a contractor to add an additional room and covered patio onto my home and his handling of the job and workmanship was horrible to say the least and cost me thousands of additional dollars to correct. I got Provider name locked. ’s number from a friend who had used him in the past, so I felt he would do a good job. I was very detailed in our initial meeting about what we wanted in the design and functionality of the new space. I gave him a rough layout of the floor plan and SKU numbers for all of the finishes we chose. I was very clear about the fact
that everything had to be inspected and had to be built up to codes. He agreed that was how he operated. From day one the communication between Provider name locked. and his staff was dismal. On numerous occasions I was ask detailed information by his crew because Provider name locked. was not present to instruct or supervise. During the process, we needed to add new decking and shingles to the roof. Provider name locked. did this without pulling the permit and placed the new decking over the old damaged decking, which we found out later is a code violation. When we approached him about this, he claimed, “he didn’t’ know” and was going to get a “Provider name locked. ”
engineer to override the codes dept. He did just that. He blamed the code department for being unfairly strict in their assessment and stated, “They Provider name locked. ’t know what they were talking about”. The inspector was female and after she left he called her every name in the book. He was very disrespectful. The project that he said would take 4-6 weeks took over 5 months because
he would show up whenever he chose. We would go weeks without seeing or hearing from him. The amount of basic construction building and code requirements that he didn’t know was staggering. He damaged our yard, our fence, and
ultimately built the room he wanted to build, not the room we wanted and paid for. He failed inspection after inspection and was
constantly having to “Provider name locked. -rig” our home. We had to hire another contractor to repair his mistakes and while that was being done, he put a Provider name locked. against our property. We sent him a check for the final bill just Although he is a very nice man and I’m sure he would be great to sit
next to in church, I would NEVER, under any circumstances, recommend Provider name locked.
Provider name locked. Construction to build anything.
