This is a family run establishment with convenient hours (6:30am - 6:00pm), a focus on caring, and they follow all state mandates to the T. Ms. Provider name locked. , who owns the facility, really enjoys children and is so warm with them. Her mother, Ms. Provider name locked. , works in the infant room with Ms. Provider name locked. . The two of them are a wonderful duo. They insure the infants' needs are met with a constant rotation of feeding, diapering, playing, and cuddling. Ms. Provider name locked. is a fountain of practical advice and support for new mothers. Ms. Provider name locked. is a patient, observant soul. Being a working mother is riddled with guilt, so finding a place for your child to stay while you are at work is of parmount import. Because I worked at Provider name locked. , I was given the opportunity to enroll my daughter in their daycare center. However, I chose not to, after a site visit. Even though Provider name locked. was more expensive, I found them to be far more warm, emotionally involved, and present with the infants than the teachers at Provider name locked. . Everyone's experience will differ, of course, but for me, I was very happy to have a place where I knew my daughter was loved, nurtured, and carefully looked after. They called if she showed signs of sickness and talked to me about any new behaviors she demonstrated during the day. Each day is documented on paper so you know when your little one ate, napped, and played. This is a small family-run daycare, not a franchise or large establishment. As such, they are able to provide a different level of service. For example, you need not prepare you bottles for each day. Just provide clean bottles each day along with breast milk (frozen, fresh, whatever) or formula and they prepare it on the spot and Ms. Provider name locked. is quite frugal, so she will only prepare what she thinks baby will eat and if baby wants more, then she will make more. It's a small touch, but it demonstrates how this family really looks out for your family. I also loved their open door policy...I popped in at all hours of the day, unannounced, and was always warmly welcomed. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience there. I can only hope we find some place as warm in our new location!- Debra M.
She has been going there for about two or three months and we really like it. It has been real good for her and they are very professional. She's happy and learns something there, so we are happy too.- David G.
My son was only 10 weeks old when I had to go back to work. I was brokenhearted, but after a couple visits with Ms. Provider name locked. , Ms. Provider name locked. , Ms. Provider name locked. , Ms. D, and the kids...I knew he would be in good hands at Provider name locked. .
Not only are the teachers experienced, loving, and attentive, the center is in the perfect location for those working in the city. It's also very affordable.
Upon choosing Provider name locked. , I was given a packet to fill out, which asked for specifics on how/when my son like to sleep and eat, what comforts him, who's allowed to pick him up, what shots he had, etc. They packet covered every important detail.
Being so close to work, we take advantage of their open door policy. My husband and I come by everyday at lunch to play with my son and feed him. We love hanging out with the kids, and it's cute to see my boy making friends. That interaction is something he wouldn't get a home. These kids are so happy and comfortable. They get plenty of nap time and play time...not to mention, lots of love. My son's hatred for "tummy time" disappeared within a week. You should see him hold his head up now! He also had a blocked tear duct since he was born, but after a week at Provider name locked. , that tear duct opened up. I think Ms. Provider name locked. had the magic touch.
The kids never cry for more than a few minutes. The caretakers check the sleeping babies by hand every 15 minutes. I've seen their cleaning routine after every diaper change. The place is very clean. They go the extra mile, giving a daily progress report of activities, feed times and nap times. They even gave my little guy presents for Christmas and had a holiday get together for the kids and the parents.
When my son was sick for a few days, I called to let them know, and Ms. Provider name locked. gave me many helpful tips on how to help him get better. If other kids are home sick, they give parents a heads up, in case something is going around.
The caregivers are kind to me and patient with me and others, in person and on the phone. They respect my parenting choices, even if they'd do things differently. They never make me feel like I'm doing something wrong or being a bad parent.
The fact is, they've been doing this a lot longer than I have, and are a huge help. It's nice to see my baby content when I come to visit, and also when I pick him up at the end of the day.
I'm just so pleased with Provider name locked. and would highly recommend the center.
