  • There were many problems with this project. The countertop installers cut the hole for the sink too big. They told me the openings would not be visible when the sink was installed. The sink could not be installed flat. The sink was included in the project, but I had to hire a plumber to install it. The installation was difficult and time/cost consuming and still had gaps between sink and countertop. The countertop installers came back and filled in the gaps at 2 or 3 corners but were never able to get the sink to Provider name locked. flat against the countertop at one corner. The installer for the tile backslash also did a poor job. The tile is not in straight lines or even depths. He put his trash in my recycle bin so I had to sort through all of that. He dumped the water/grout mixture from the tile cutting on my lawn. He was very late the first day and came at a different time from what he said he would the next day. The salesman said the corners/edges of the laminate covering on the cabinets would be very smooth and cover/square up the worn edges. Sadly, this is not true. Another problem that was never resolved after several phone calls and more than one lengthy Home Depot store visit, I never got the Home Depot Fuel credit I was promised (amounts to $140 in gas). The whole project was very time consuming, even without all of the problems and those phone calls, since I had to arrange for and coordinate separate installers for new appliances and the sink installation. It got to the point where I had to get on with my life and I couldn't take any more time off work trying to get the work done right or to get Home Depot to do the right thing.

  • The entire process was smooth.  Provider name locked. is professional and they do excellent work.  They were attentive to our needs and worked with us in every phase of the job.  It was a big job of restoration and remodeling and they handled it well.  We are glad that we hired them to do the work.

  • We purchased an investment property and needed to have the cabinets refaced and the fiberglass tubs refinished prior to renting it.  We contacted Bill at Provider name locked. and set up an appointment for the day we closed on the property.  He was on time and had a nice selection of cabinet surfaces to choose from.  We got estimates from a couple of other providers, and Bill definitely had the largest selection of samples.  He did a nice job of explaining the refacing process.  He also gave us a bid on refinishing two fiberglass tubs that were in good shape, but their surface was dull and rough.  We subsequently ended up asking him to also refinish the bathroom sinks.  We chose him because we liked the idea of using one person to do the cabinets and the tubs, and his price was competitive.  At the time he was offering a 10% discount if you mentioned his website.  He was cheerful about giving us the discount.  We paid half the cost of the job when he ordered the cabinets, and the other half at the end of the job.
Bill had told us it would take about 2&1/2 weeks for the cabinet materials to arrive and 2 days to install them.  In the interim he completed the bathroom work. The cabinet materials arrived on time, and he promptly set up an install date.  As promised, they were installed in two days.  We purchased the knobs, and he put those on at no additional charge.  At the end of the job I noticed that one of the cabinet surfaces was chipped.  Bill agreed to order another piece to replace the chipped one.  It took about a week to get that in and install it.
We're very happy with the way the cabinets look.  Refacing is a cost effective way to give your kitchen a face lift without the expense of installing new cabinets.  We would use Provider name locked. again for cabinet refacing.  My only complaint was I wish he had done a better job of cleaning up after he finished.  Each time he left we had to vacuum the kitchen and clean out the sink.
We were not as happy with the tub/sink refinishing.  We expected a smooth surface, but there are small bumps that are very noticeable when running your hand across the surface.  we've had tub refinishing done in the past by another provider, and the quality was better.  In hindsight, we would have used Provider name locked. for the cabinet refacing but not the tub refinishing.
