    I thought they did pretty well selling the car. I thought I got a good price and they were friendly.

     The car itself had problems but other than that, That is Ford Motor company issue, not the dealership. 

    I would think about going back to them again. 

    The dealership has been sold, it is no longer Patchetts Ford.

    .Their service people strike me as professional and they are friendly and efficient. 

    It is pretty quick to schedule, you can do it online. You don't even have to talk to somebody. They've got this calendar thing you can fill in your time with. 

    One thing I appreciate is they have service times on the weekend. Waiting room is pretty good. They have nice seats, magazines, coffee. I don't know if they provide a loaner car, I just got an oil change. I waited. 

    They take the car right away, punctual. 

    I might not continue to use them once the free oil changes end because of the distance from my home.

    Our cars are older and there was a lot of service done to them. In general, I found that they have helped me save money on car repairs by telling me that there are certain things that don’t need to be done at the moment. Where they could have just done the work and just charged me for it.

    Bob was great at getting my car tuned up and running as good as new. The team was professional and let me know exactly what would be checked with the oil change and the cost. He got the work done in a timely manner and the price was the best in town. Will bring my car back again!

    I went to Walker's Automotive for a Smog Check. From the very first call to schedule the appointment, until I walked out the door 20 minutes later, these guys were friendly, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend Walker Automotive for great service!

    I took my car for them to replace its engine due to overheating. I was told it was supposed to take two weeks, but instead it took a whole month and cost me almost $3000. At first they told me there would be a lifetime warranty on the engine. But when the job was done they told me the temperature gauge was still overheating and needed to be replaced as well, or else the warranty would not apply. They broke my air duct hose and PVC valve, and used some gray duct tape around the hose. It made my car not able to pass smog check and cost me an additional $200 to replace the damage to make my car pass.
    I am not happy at all with this dishonest auto repair business. They were irresponsible and lacked the employees to fix my car in a timely manner. I hope other Angie's List members will be warned before going to Car Tech Synergy.

    Russ and his entire service crew make sure that the Kia Cars are taken care of and the work is done timely.  I usually drive over and bring a book or my tablet and wait in the lounge area and within an hour or so my car is ready to go.  I'm so pleased that Manteca Kia knows how to take care of their customers and has a top notch service crew at this location.  I'll always bring my Kia back to this service center.

    I had about given up having my car back to normal but Patchett's fixed my Convertible and now it runs like a champ.  Don't take your Ford Cars and Trucks to anyone else!  Patchett's is the Best in Stanislaus County!   I learned the hard way but now I have a Dealership and Service Center that I can trust and gets the job the first time in only a day or two.  The were very attentive to my description of the problem and when I mentioned that I had taken my car to another place a few years ago that didn't stop them from wanting to help troubleshoot my car issues.  The mechanic gave me a detailed description of the problem that focussed on the Throttle sensor, wiring to it and a pigtail that had been installed incorrectly and had gone back and was obsolete. I authorized the parts and service to be done and now I'm driving my beautiful Ford Mustang Convertible with Pride and Confidence!   They also took care of my airbag recall and an A/C issue.  I'm so happy with Patchett's Ford in Turlock.. Brave and Thank you

    Ruben answered the phone himself, was friendly and polite and appeared interested in having our business. This made him stand out immediately from his competitors. The fact that his quote was the lowest and that he does not accept tips was a bonus of course, but not the only deciding factor.
    We received a confirmation by e-mail and a reminder the day before. He arrived about ten minutes early. The car was very clean and comfortable and bottled water was available. Again, he was friendly and courteous. My husband sat in the front passenger seat and he and Ruben chatted quietly for most of the journey. His driving was smooth and we felt safe with him.
    We arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare after a stress-free trip. We will definitely use Ruben again.
