  • Provider name locked. was recommended to us by our mortgage broker, who was very competent.  We decided to go with them when they gave us a small discount and came in cheaper than the competition.  That was a big mistake.  We were buying from a seller who was represented by an attorney but not a real estate agent, so a few issues came up in the sale.  Unfortunately, the executive closer at Provider name locked. refused to return our emails prior to the closing.  She also had great difficulty understanding the terms of our purchase agreement (which was not particularly complicated) and inputting them on to the HUD-1 form.  It was incredibly frustrating to get radio silence from the company responsible for the closing, especially when it seemed that they did not understand all of the terms of the transaction.  It became clear that they would only respond when our mortgage broker interceded.  It was as though they were working for the bank, not for the people who were paying all of their fees.  (I realize that the bank is the repeat player in these transactions, but it is consumers who foot the bill.)  To their credit, the closing itself went relatively smoothly.  After closing, however, I noticed that they had not provided us with a document that was to be attached to our Provider name locked. .  I emailed about this and was essentially told not to worry.  I later checked the recorded Provider name locked. and realized that Provider name locked. had made a mistake on the document that they had attached after the closing.  When I emailed the executive closer about this problem, she did not respond to my or my mortgage broker's emails for over a week.  She finally responded after I sent an email to her boss.  She tried to downplay the problem.  I asked that they fix the obvious problem on the Provider name locked. .  Again, I got no response.  When I emailed them again, maybe two weeks later, they got around to telling me that they had fixed the mistake and re-recorded the Provider name locked. .  Totally unprofessional and unresponsive.  When you are buying a home, you don't want the people in charge of all the important documents to be asleep at the wheel.  These folks were terrible.

  • My expirence with Provider name locked. was less then acceptable for the amount of money they are getting paid. I had 2 main issues. First I wasnt informed that I couldnt have work started on my new home untill i recieved a "phone call" they said it would be the following day... Still waiting.. This is an issue when your spending 13k on a contractor who needs to start asap. Next they didnt inform me that I may have to wait hours for my checks to be cut. "It's a bank owened properity it may take longer"  They were not willing to have them couriered but asked I come back to the office which is located 20 miles from anything.

Advice to Provider name locked. to improove relationship with customers:
-Send a letter that a human actually writes informing the client the situation on the closing, the phone call, the check delay etc.
-Explain in a respectfull mannor that your client should sign full legal name, rather then threatening them that if they don't sign properly they may have to drive 50 miles back to their office to resign.

  • Will was very thorough, explained everything and made sure we understood every portion of the closing process. Their costs are a bit high but then again ... aren't they all?
