    Advacare Clinics
My back has been hurting for years and every other chiropractor I've seen hasn't helped--until I came to Advacare Clinics. Along with seeing Dr. Dennis for my chiropractor visits, I've implemented physical therapy a couple times a week and it's helped my back immensely. I'm a server so I'm on my feet long hours. I could only go a day or two before I'd get shooting pains up my back, I've only been going to advacare clinics a few months and I can work a full week without feeling sore. Great facility! Great staff! Great all around!

    Schultz, Dr. David M.
It was so painful that I couldn't sleep. I tried massage therapy, chircopractic, acupuncture, and physical therapy and it never went away. I was referred to them for my back. I am thrilled with the fact that there was someone who was able to listen to me and unravel the emotion involved with chronic pain. They are able to look at me and really help.

    Medical Pain Management
He is excellent and so is his service; it could not be better. He is a good doctor. He spends time with me, listens to me and really understands what I am going through. His staff is excellent. He is the best doctor I have ever seen, and there is nothing I don't like about him. He has been a medical doctor for 40 years. He is really well known and is associated with the American Academy of Pain Management, which is an international pain organization. I can always get an appointment; I actually had to change the appointment once, and there was no problem. I have never had a problem with the billing. I would rate him highly. My next appointment is coming up soon.

    Twin Cities Pain Clinic
Twin Cities Pain Clinic genuinely cares about their patients.  Nancy Cleveland, NP has been a life saver for me.  She has been kind, respectful, good listener, and thorough. She holds her staff to high standard and demands respect. My lower rating on friendliness relates to the front desk.  There are some really sweet gals that work up there, but one that is rude (and downright mean).  Unfortunately, due to the nature of the clinic, turn over is high for the front office.

    Eastern Health
My treatments have been going great, I feel much better since starting the acupunture. The office is a calming place to be, clean, welcoming and Sarah  the front office manager is wonderful as well. If you have not been getting results from anyone else, give Eastern Health a try like I did and I am sure you will be pleased as well.

    Tracy, Dr. Jay F.
On my first visit Dr. Jay spent additional time with my to diagnose my pain issues. He spent additional time answering my questions. I went through the pain management program. I learned some ways to manage my chronic pain. Dr. Jay is very friendly and has a great sense of humor.

    MAPS Pain Clinic
They know what they're doing. They have been able to relieve the pain I have received in my neck from whiplash. I have been going to them for the past three years, and I'm trying to set up another appointment.

    MAPS Pain Clinic
They are known for pain control. They have put an implant on my back. The physical therapist there was absolutely fantastic. She took good care of me and made sure that I could climb stairs. I climbed 120 steps working with her. My experience with them was super. The therapist put me in different positions to relax the muscles that had tightened up. She gave me useful exercises that made me ready for a trip that I had to take.
