  • Dr. Provider name locked. was somewhat corny but VERY thorough and I would use him again.  Contrary to some of the member reports, the staff was very friendly when we arrived for our appointment and also when I called to reschedule the appointment.

  • i set up an appointment after I noticed it while driving down 50th. It was a convenient location for me.  I was very impressed with everyone. First they brought me into a room and took pictures of my retina. They explained the photos and actually showed them to me explaining what I was seeing. Then  I met with the doctor. She spent some time getting to know me and asked me about my overall concerns. We went through the typical evaluation and explained all my options and he thoughts on everything. I felt I was treated with respect and everything was explained to me.

  • Provider name locked. is humorous, but professional, caring, and takes enough time to make sure that all of my questions are answered. I have, however, noticed a fair amount of turn over in his staff. Some have been wonderful, and others seem to be less interested in clients' concerns. Two years ago, I had a problem with a pair of glasses. Every three or four weeks, I had to drop by the office to have them adjusted because the right lens was loose or had fallen out. His staff would adjust or reset the lense, but at no point did his staff suggest that there might be a problem with the fit of the lens in the glasses. When I finally insisted that the glasses be returned to the factory, I was told by a staff member that I would have to pay for any adjustment to the lens. I complained that this was unreasonable because I had been bringing these glasses in for adjustments for almost a year. Within hours, I got a call from Provider name locked. 's partner (Provider name locked. was out of town), who assured me that I would get a new lens free of charge. The new lens fits perfectly, and I have had no problem since then with that pair of glasses. I recommend this vision center with almost no reservations. Over the 20 years I have been seeing Provider name locked. , I have almost always gotten the attention and service that I expected. Chains might charge less, but I am always confident that the prescription I get will be exactly what I need.
