    TRIA Orthopaedic Center
I spent seven months doing Physical Therapy only to be told that my xray from my very first appointment showed bone-on-bone in my knee & they couldn't help me. And then I coincidently had a shoulder problem and my Orthopedic ( Dr Chickanosky) refused my request for a diagnostic MRI. She refused my request 3 times over 4 months. I finally demanded an MRI at the end of the year ( because of my insurance deductible) and on Dec27th my MRI showed 3 completely torn tendons in my rotator cuff. I was advised that I needed surgery. I had surgery as soon as the new year ( ie Doctor's holidays) allowed. Obviously TRIA cost me the deductible I should have had in 2018. I challenged my service and the refusal of an MRI that cost me thousands of dollars of deductible. I was refused. I am VERY disappointed with TRIA VERY!

    MINNESOTA SLEEP INSTITUTE
I had a sleep study here many years ago, and this review is not related to that experience. This review is regarding the CPAP supplies division of this practice. The staffing and organizational process is terrible. It nearly impossible to reach a live person--you are required to leave a message for call back at their whim. Normally, they will automatically refill supplies every six months. The last time I resupplied, the staff apparently coded my chart wrong indicating I didn't want anything anymore. I learned this after trying to reach someone for several weeks with no callbacks. Finally, someone responded and claimed they would process an new supply order for me. In what shoudln't be surprising, no supply order arrived. I again attempted to contact them. Finally, again after several weeks, I spoke with someone who was extremely unsympathetic to the issues I'm having. They condescendingly ask if I wanted supplies or not. (Great customer service.) I said yes and they said they will be shipped. It's now over a week later and still the order has not been filled, shipped, and delivered. I strongly encourage you to NOT utilize this facility for CPAP supplies. They are NOT interested in your health.

    Nagib, Dr. Mahmoud G.
Dr. Nagib is the best neurosurgeon in the Twin Cities. The excellent post surgical outcome that I've experienced is due entirely to the skill of Dr. Nagib. I will always be thankful and feel gratitude for his kindness, compassion and talent as a surgeon.

    Becker, Dr. Douglas A.
My experience with Douglas Becker was frustrating and humiliating. He seemed to have absolutely no interest in helping me. Instead, he insinuated that I was making up the pain and discomfort I've been experiencing for nine months. This was especially bizarre since he asked few relevant questions and conducted almost no hands-on exam.

    Southdale Internal Medicine PA
I have been seeing Dr Liston for about 7 yrs . He is one of the best. Very thorough and caring Dr. I also got the privilege recently to meet Dr Hou when I needed a last min appt. He was a great listener and I really felt all my concerns were very validated. Both have friendly bedside manner. The nurses are always great and the lab is spot on

    Whitney, Dr. Courtney W
I had a sleep study done to check for sleep apnea. The night technician who did the sleep study was friendly and explained the process to me and was obviously very skilled at the procedure. A few days later I met with Dr. Whitney and found him to be easy to communicate with. He explained how my test results were related to my chronic fatigue, It was very informative. I can usually read people fairly well and I found him to be knowledgeable and very experienced in his field. He obviously has a passion for improving his patients health. I feel 20 years younger using the Bi-Pap machine he recommended. I had no idea how much this would improve my quality of life. It's amazing. I highly recommended him and his entire staff.

Allina Medical Clinic - Coon Rapids
The nurse practitioner, Gina Ahlness, changed my prescription to something that doesnt work and failed to diagnose a large tear in my shoulder tendon. I have since seen another doctor, who properly diagnosed my injury and have been referred to a surgeon for repair. When I contacted her and asked her to change my prescription back, she refused. I will be going to a different clinic from now on because she is the only provider still accepting patients and I do not trust her abilities.

    Budget Hearing Centers
I arrived for my appointment and gave the receptionist my name. She told me that my appointment had been double booked and that she had been trying to contact me. I asked her what phone number she had been calling from but did not see any record of it on my cell phone. I asked her what number she was using to try to reach me and then realized that one digit was incorrect. I then said that since she did not have my correct phone number in her records that it would have been impossible to reach me. About this time the hearing technician from the side room said that since I gave her the wrong phone number that it was not any fault of the receptionist for not being able to contact me. I then suggested that it was also possible that the phone number that I had given to the receptionist was not recorded correctly and for that reason it had not been possible to call me about changing my appointment. He then told me that he did not want me to even see me as a future patient and that I should leave. Now if he tries to say that he has a security tape that shows my statement to be incorrect I'd more than welcome the opportunity to view this tape with an objective representative from Angies List present. I feel the behavior and comments of the hearing technician to be inappropriate to the point of being rude.

Upon arrival I was told that my appointment had been double booked and that they had tried several times to contact me. We then determined that the phone number they had on file for me was incorrect. I said that this explains why I was never contacted since they had an incorrect phone number. They insisted that I had given them the wrong phone number. When I raised the possibility that they could have recorded the information incorrectly I was told by the technician that he did not want to see me return in the future. Extremely rude and perhaps fortunate for me that I did not do business with them since this probably reflects on other aspects of his workmanship.
