"it all began with us looking for affordable granite meanwhile educating ourselves. We were given a good consultation by both B and " D. Very knowledgeable crew, responsive and on time. Highly recommend, my neighbors are having them put in granite. I was given a very good deal on the kitchen counter tops, moreover, I was offered a vanity counter top at half the cost as a combo. I felt excited and satisfied with my purchase, haven't seen a customer satisfaction oriented business like this for a while. The transformation happened within the promised time frame in a very professional manner. They left my house cleaner than it was when they came. Removed my old counter tops and reinstalled exactly what I ordered. Looks Fantastic, could not be more satisfied, already received many compliments. I approve and highly recommend this company.

"It's been two years since the work was done. As a , I prefer to give praise and not write negative reviews but I saw another critical" customer bring up the rudeness issue and so I now know that I'm not the only one nor is what I experienced my imagination or just a bad day in the life of . They sent out their guy whose job it is to measure and he measured our counters. So then the installers did their job and, after they had gone, we noticed that one countertop was short by an inch or so. So this guy came back and he was angry. He blamed me saying that the counter itself was the wrong size. He had measured it himself so how could that be? It's like the tailor who measured your legs, cuffed one pant leg too short and then said your leg is too long. The guy measured wrong, he was inconvenienced and he angrily blamed the customer. So after I trimmed the cabinet, I got down prone on the floor trying to shove the cabinet into place and he hauls off and gives the exposed plywood (the face frame had not yet been applied) a good kick -- this is about a foot from my head. Then he says 'Oh, excuse me, I don't want to mess up your plywood ' . . . and then he kicks it again. This guy left and the workmen reinstalled the counter top in question. And another thing, when the workmen were doing the regular installation, they apparently had a hard time getting the sink positioned. They called me into the kitchen, showed me that the sink was about 1/4-inch to one side of the counter top sink opening and asked if that was good enough. I said no and so they kept at it until it was done right. They must have thought that a sloppy job was good enough for me. No harm in asking? We were told that they would be coming out a year later to polish the counter top. It's been two years and we have not heard a peep from them and, at this point, don't want to.

  • Overall, I was very impressed with this company, which is a small family company. I  found the granite elsewhere and had a quote from a fabricator/installer but it seemed high. I contacted Provider name locked. at Provider name locked. and explained the situation to him and asked for a bid. He called me back a few hours later and explained why my previous quote was so high  (as I had to buy three slabs and  was only using a small part of two of them). He gave suggestions as to how I could reduce the cost, but this meant choosing a different granite. He was so friendly and helpful and I liked the fact that I could walk around the factory and see where and who was doing the work. His quote was actually slightly higher than my previous one, but he agreed to match the price. He also gave a very reasonable price to add a backsplash.  They came as scheduled to measure and installed two weeks later. There was one piece of granite that was very complicated as it involved several Provider name locked. on both sides. I was totally amazed when they came to install and the piece fit perfectly.  I would recommend  them without hesitation.
