"Perfect. There was only a little room left of the strap due to fraying, but she managed to get the buckle in and sew it down. Looks good and I think the repair will" hold! And can't beat the price---$20+. Took awhile, but I was not in a hurry. Workmanship looks great. is very personable--I would use Repair again!

"Called no answer. Finally it goes to a fax machine. Go to the shop is closed and no sign on the door. The shop looks and sign reads shoe repair it does not look" like they repair luggage. Will try again later as they are closed during business hours and no sign on the door

Luggage Repair

Sturdy, well-kept luggage is a requirement for a great trip. Even the best suitcases start to wear eventually, however, meaning you'll probably need to consider some kind of luggage repair.

Luggage Repair reviews in Minneapolis

One zipper slider was missing and the other zipper slider was not attached to one side of the zipper. Provider said it would take about 35 minutes. Within 20 minutes the Provider installed two new zipper sliders and reattached them to the zipper. You could not tell where the stitches were removed and replaced for the new zipper sliders. A very neat ...More and professional job.

The main handle on my wife's luggage had broken loose from its attachment under the luggage's outer covering. This made it very difficult to wheel in and out of the airport.
One shoe repair company could not help me.
Mr. fixed the problem in two days for $15. When I dropped the luggage off, I was assured ...More it could be fixed.
I was frankly surprised at the small repair cost. I am sure the luggage mfg. official repair site would have charged much more.
Even though 's is across town from me I will make that same trek again when another item needs repair.
Shoe and leather repair shops are few and far between these days since we all wear disposable shoes. We used to reheel and resole men's shoes and some ladies' shoes; no more, so it's good to still have someone who can help you.

Everyone is always so nice at . I have used them several times for repair and will only go there for my luggage repairs in the future. They are over 20 miles away from where I live but I don't care. They have the best services and the best prices for luggage repair. Plus they take care of everything in a timely manner. I ...More have referred many people to them. A+++

He is very good. I had something done about 6 months ago. He used to work at a luggage store, the luggage store went out of business and he opened this up on his own. He charged what I thought was a very fair price. He worked quickly.
It's not really a shop, he's a on some other building. You walk in and I think ...More his wife is the person at the door. You go in, you show them what needs to be done and she has him look at it and he says well this is what it will cost.

On the very first trip in which I used the repaired suitcase, the wheel was gone when it came out of the baggage claim. The suitcase was not damaged in any other way, so I don't believe it was anything more than normal usage that caused the repair to fail.
Additionally, the provider failed to call me to tell me both that a) the repair was ...More possible, and b) the repair would not be ready on the day they initially said. I only saved myself a trip because I called ahead before going to pick up.
- Elisa L.

It took us over 30 minutes to reach from home and it was well worth the drive! The luggage now looks brand-new; the price was reasonable; the work was completed earlier than estimated; and our contacts at were friendly and professional throughout the process. What a gem! We plan to visit them when we ...More are ready to buy new luggage, too.
- Lisa M.

They did a great job and completed the work early. They called and let me know it was ready and pick up was easy
- Kimberly C.

The job was under warranty and they did a great job. They were efficient, personable, accommodating, and prompt. They told me it was going to done in a certain amount of time and it was done.
