  • The technician was amazing because the thermocoupler was installedinside the boiler in a way no longer common (connected by screws) and hard to remove. The technician had incredible patience and skill, and though it took well over an hour to accomplish, managed to get the old one out and the new one in, so our old boiler now works perfectly. We are so appreciative.

  • Call was answered right away, and service scheduled. With a tech out sick the day of our scheduled service, Evan was helpful and accommodating. We didn't need emergency service, so it all worked out great. Tech Cole called in the morning of the new appt to confirm, was right on time, friendly, and courteous. Quick work on a furnace that hadn't been serviced in 5 years due to former owner, and no surprises. Consult on a new smart thermostat we're interested in, and we will definitely call back to have Erickson do the work from here on out in our home.

  • As a new homeowner, there are many unknowns when it comes to the ever important furnace. We heard some noises and became concerned, so we called Standard Heating & A/C to investigate. They fit us into their schedule a couple days later over lunch and were greeted by Jeff. The professionalism and friendliness Jeff exudes are instantly noticed. He walked me through a furnace tune-up that revealed many necessary maintenance action items that I would have otherwise been oblivious to my entire life. Our furnace is extremely happy now and so are we with better air circulation ahead of winter! The service fee was waived due to the furnace being purchased through Standard by the previous owners and my grand total for the visit was $16. I was more than happy to sign up for this monthly fee that ensures our furnace and A/C have the proper yearly maintenance they need from Jeff and the professionals at Standard! Without it, you are just waiting for your equipment to fail you in likely the worst possible times. Do not do that and make sure you contact Standard Heating to ensure these vital home appliances are at peak performance!! The only thing left to say is, Jeff is truly a savant of heating and A/C. If you are in his service area, you are in good hands. I never write reviews and only did so because of him! - Very satisfied Standard customers

  • Excellent...It was a older furnace that had not been serviced for several years. They answered all my questions and gave the furnace a thorough going over and cleaning. Since I am new to this home and it’s appliances, offering me a maintenance program for a small monthly fee was comforting. They also shared the name of a reliable electrician that I needed. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I am grateful to have them on my “care” team for the house.

  • Furnace went out, called H2C and they were able to get out same day and fix the problem right away. Furnace had a dirty flame sensor (very typical) and was cleaned along with a quick run through of the unit, took about 30 minutes total. I own several rental properties and use H2C for all my HVAC and plumbing work. I switch service companies quickly if I don't like their level of service. Time and time again H2C delivers for me top quality work and professional technicians at a reasonable and fair price. They'll be my first call again when I run into an issue.

He and his fellow technicians have always been personable, professional and clearly explain anything to keep an eye on without making it seem like we are on the brink of disaster.   • Lee was wonderful to work with. He worked with us to figure out how to install a switch off valve for a new stove top in the adjacent cabinet. He was patient and thorough and willing to meet with my cabinet maker to help solve a design problem. He ran his plan by the inspector to make sure everything was up to code. Did a great job removing an old radiator and mounting a new one on the opposite wall. He was very prompt in answering my calls.

  • they scheduled me for boiler repair service for 11/7/08, they rescheduled for 11/14/18. now on 11/14/18, they wants to reschedule me for 11/30/18. i have my boiler heating system off on basement heating at below freezing point temperature. however Angell Aire blames me for not calling back soon enough which was totally out of context. they rescheduled me twice earlier and now they are the calling me to reschedule for 3rd t time. and Mike at Angell Aire instead of apologizing for the multiple re-schedules from them, blames the customer with out of context content. this is unprofessional and very poor excuse.

  • i hired Michael based on Angles list rating and his words. however his works were very shoddy. when i complained about very poor quality installation of ducts from furnace to my existing ducts on ceiling, he told me that was supposed to be that way and he needs to put tape around them. duct joining were coming apart with big gap between each join. i took all picture of all he did. so, i have proof of the quality. he came the 3rd day with another plumbing company and they re=did the whole installation. he did not have enough parts. he was the only technician to install this whole thing. i spent about 5 hours of hard labour taking the old furnace out. i supplied PVC pile because he did not have enough to finish the job. he walks in and out of my home with his boot on. dropped all dust from wall drilling dust on my carpet. blames me for not having my own drop cloth on carpet. i spend 4 days taking off from my work to finish this job. finally when i made a offer base on time and labor i spent, items i supplied and quality of work, he stormed out of my house with a threat to talk to my community. later that day he sent me an email threatening legal action if i not pay. i never said i will not pay. i made my best offer based on above things. but he storms out of my house with a threat was out of professional charecter. later after month or two, i sent an email and my wife called and left message about rebate from. however he neither calls or replies to my email. the Angies list rating is very misleading in this case. i will not recommend this guy. he was not professional, blames home owner for not putting drop cloth correctly, walks in and out without regard to floor, leaves last bucket of garbage, does not vacuum the dust. the treatment of customer is beyond what i expected. Beware.
