Provider name locked. is fantastic. I was in the process of cleaning out and preparing my father-in-laws' home for sale. He and his family had lived there for nearly 50 years. It had good bones, but was terribly dated. Provider name locked. came and advised me on what colors to paint every room and encouraged me to have all of the doors and trim enameled in white. She also gave me advice on what items in the house should be updated/upgraded for the least amount of money with the greatest return. I put new knobs on the kitchen cabinets, new toilet and sink in two bathrooms, put contractor grade light fixtures throughout the house, swapped out all light switch, outlet plates, and air registers.
After all of the upgrading and painting, Provider name locked. then staged the house in such a way that helped potential buyers envision how they might use the space. Every item from rugs, furniture, pillows, accessories, lamps, pictures etc was perfect for each room and the house no longer looked like "grandpa's", but like a "pottery barn" showcase.
Before implementing Provider name locked. 's plan, real estate agents estimated that the house would sell for around $250,000-$260,000. After doing the painting and the upgrades and having her stage the place, the house sold in 19 days with a bidding war for $315,000.
I would say she was WELL WORTH THE COST. No doubt about it!
In terms of some details. She has a team of other Provider name locked. in the area who share a common warehouse of furniture. She uses a professional moving company to bring in the furniture and to take it out. She promptly answers her phone and returns messages. Time to set up was about 4 hours. The average cost per room was $200 and we bought a two month plan. I would recommend the two months because it helps with the bank appraisal and inspection.

Provider name locked. was very thorough with providing advice tailored to me (eg, I was not interested in changing wall colors in some rooms and mostly wanted to work with existing furniture). She took her time to figure out what worked best and explained to me why. She was affable, respectful and knowledgeable. She is the best! I would definitely use her again for additional interior design advice and/or home staging in the future.

Provider name locked. was friendly and took time listening to me and offering ideas. She asked for time to look into the rooms and came up with color choices/options for each room.
I had previously made some bad color choices and became stuck when trying to choose new options. Her visit was instrumental in helping get past my "stuck" point.
