  • Called Provider name locked. and they arranged for Provider name locked. to stop the next day.  Took sample on Friday and had the sample tested and negative report back the next Monday (one working day).  Appreciate the prompt timing.  Charge was $50 for the lab fees and visit.  Very reasonable.  Since the test was negative I didn't require any additional services.

  • It went very well. Provider name locked. and his crew are extremely professional. Provider name locked. came out himself one day to explain the whole process to me, give me an estimate, and schedule the installation of the mitigation system. On the day of the installation, he arrived first, followed by his crew, who worked diligently and accomplished the installation just as described in one day. This also entailed having an electrician come out and do some wiring, which they coordinated. Since an electrician was coming anyway, I asked Provider name locked. if he could have them install a GFCI outlet on the outside of my house, which he did, saving me the expense of a separate electrician house call.
    After the installation, Provider name locked. provided me with a short-term radon test kit, which came back with a result in the promised range (2.4pCi/L, down from 5.8 prior to the mitigation).
    About a month or so ago, I started to notice a strange noise in my basement, that went away when I turned off the radon mitigation system fan. So I called Provider name locked. , and he got back to me within a few hours, saying that it sounded like maybe we had a bad fan and that he would have one of his guys come out by the end of the week to look at it. As promised, one of his guys showed up (on the weekend, no less), and replaced the fan, which had a little debris in it. When we turned the fan back on, however, the sound was still there. After a little investigative work, the technician discovered that the noise was not being produced by the fan at all, but rather by a malfunctioning sump pump (the fan was just making the sound resonate). Despite this being totally unrelated to the radon mitigation system, the technician was kind enough to help me address the issue with the sump pump, and wouldn't even let me pay him anything. I was extremely grateful for his assistance and impressed by the generosity. I would highly recommend this company.

    That returns calls and email  and they did the job
