  • I had dropped in without an appointment at Provider name locked. "Pre-Need" and was able to obtain a price list but I found it difficult to figure out what charges to expect, without speaking to a funeral director, since some of the work was to be done at another funeral chapel in a distant state. I spoke to Provider name locked. Humlie on the day our mother died, and he gave us a quote of $1790.00 for basic service for receiving the body from the airport, holding a private family viewing and burial at Fort Provider name locked. Cemetery. I later asked him to arrange for obituaries in both major newspapers. I asked what charges beyond the price the newspapers charge would be added, and he told me $5.00. The obituaries cost an additional $344.53 I agreed to that. Provider name locked. kept me informed of the arrival of my mother's body, and the dates and times available for the burial. He was very patient with me while my family made our travel plans and memorial plans. The funeral chapel was not used for the memorial service, nor to officiate at the burial. The visitation and burial went very smoothly, and Provider name locked. reminded me of the options available for the headstone in time so they were still available to us. He was always clear about prices, respectful, and dealt well with grief-driven forgetfulness on my part.

  • My husband arranged funeral services for a family friend through Provider name locked. Mortuary, and we found the staff, especially Provider name locked. , to be exceptionally competent and professional. All aspects of the funeral process were thoroughly explained. We have had recent, other funeral experiences involving family members, and our experience with Provider name locked. was better in many respects. We recommend them highly.

  • I was impressed with this company and would use them again. The only thing I would change is that there were more expenses involved besides the cremation services and urn that I was wishing we could have prepaid for as well. Maybe a deposit towards the newspaper announcement, prepay for the announcement cards and thank you notes or rental of the reception hall. Even just putting a deposit on this stuff in case the prices increase would be good, especially if the person wants to pay for their own service. They are respectful and helpful during a difficult time.
