  • horrible !! the two workers arrived in the morning ... I offered them coffee , made sure the ac was on and went to work ( a four day trip as I am a pilot).  when I returned home , I found all the furniture still moved away from the walls , wire shavings dirt dust along the walls ( no clean up ) .  a monster drink had been placed in the freezer of my brand new stainless steel freezer and blew up spreading blue monster drink throughout the freezer ... and as i opened the door down my new freezer and onto the hardware floors.  the hallway light did not work as they had put the cover back on and left the wires unattached in the wall.  there was literally  a hole in the wall  which later had to be repaired by a handy repair man who then only painted half the hallway leaving a disparity in color , a chip off of my brand new Provider name locked. , drywall dust all over the top of same new stainless steel black Provider name locked. ,  black finger prints on my painted walls everywhere , different types of light outlets were used in the same room , my bed was in a different position in my bedroom and the  bricks i had it placed on were changed. 

    shirts were off the hangers and on the floor in my closet , wood shavings were on top of my clothes and on the floor in same closet. i can only imagine the obvious party that had occurred during my absence,

    the worst part of all this was mr sparkys response ,or should i say lack of , altho my personal account representative electrician came out and reviewed the work and did his best to make amends by checking all the outlets ... the company itself was non responsive , indifferent , condescending and at times outright rude.  i was a" VIP" member .... part of their vip program which charged 30 dollars a month and gave supposed free assessments once a year , which ultimately ended in suggestions to make money.  they also partnered up with blue ox plumbing and a AC company of who i don't remember the name. i kept asking how they were going to remedy this as it was a complete violation of my home !!  i did not receive so much as a ten dollar red lobster gift certificate.  i asked to talk with someone at the company and never received a response.  i could not get passed the lady who answered the phone who was very indifferent and rude , i think her name was sandy.   well .... never did an invoice arrive , i seriously thought that the extent of the damage to my home ( trust me there was more ) and the ultimate lack of professionalism was resulting in mr Provider name locked. actually eating the bill ??as crazy as this sounds , if you were to have seen my home , you would think it reasonable.  well months passed and i never received an invoice ... nor a call or contact from mr Provider name locked. . i seriously thought that my representative had gone to bat for me ..... until now ... 15months later i receive a bill in the mail for 4300 dollars .  no cover letter , no nothing !!  just give us our money. 



    if everything goes good with this company , ofcourse you will be happy ... i had spent ten thousand dollars with these people and they treated me with such disrespect .  they had no interest in trying to make amends , would not even  talk to me.  literally would not talk to me .


    ofcourse i am sending in the money , i don't want my credit rating affected and im not going to take them to court ... ultimately the job ended up being done altho months later i was still  finding areas to clean and repair.


    this company had horrible ethics starting from the top , and it is part of a bigger organization as stated above.  it is beyond my comprehension that they treated me like this .... before you end up in this situation , quit using mr Provider name locked. , tell your friends !!

  • Provider name locked. Electric Solutions did an amazing job. They were friendly, worked quickly and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did.  I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work done.

  • After the work was completed, I was informed that additional work was done in my garage and that I would be charged for it.  To be fair, the billed amount was not much and the work was done correctly.  However, I expect that contractors bring to my attention the need for additional work prior to installation and billing.  I was in the house and avaiable for a quick conversation about the idea to change additional wiring.  Professionalism was lacking in this missed step.
