Bike Repair reviews in Minneapolis

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • I showed up at Provider name locked. Shop at the absolute peak of the start of the bicycling season. The Service Department was very busy with customers anxious to get their bikes tuned up or repaired. My Freewheel Service Consultant was "Provider name locked. " and he went way above and beyond the call of duty to get my repairs done before we needed to leave for our weekend trip. Freewheel repaired my bike perfectly at an amazingly reasonable price. I was especially impressed with Provider name locked. 's professionalism and friendly, helpful efficiency. He "raised the bar" for exceptional customer service.

  • After my bike was stolen this spring, I needed to get a good commuter bike on short notice. I went to two used bike stores and one other store that sells new bikes. I wasn't overly impressed with any of the options, but Provider name locked. was the best of the bunch. I don't know much about bikes, but I explained in detail how I'd be using the bike and they recommended a Globe Sport women's bike. It was pretty much the only bike they were willing to recommend, though I did push to see three or four other options. I ended up getting the Globe. I was hoping to get a small discount, but didn't have any luck. I liked that they will offer one free tuneup with a bike purchase, though I have yet to use it.

  • We could not get anyone to help us. We asked for help several times and did not get it. At one point we asked to try out a floor model bike so we could try to fit it to our kids ourselves. At that point someone helped us for a minute and when we asked if there was a second bike in stock he said he would be right back. He didn't come back. When we went back in the store 10 minutes later he was helping other customers at the repair desk. We waited 10 more minutes and he did not come back. Our kids were very sad and we bought the bikes elsewhere.
