    Advancements In Allergy/Asthma
The workers are wonderful. I give them 5 stars. My rating is based on customer communication which I found poor. I've had 2 instances where I have had to order new vials or go backward in my allergy shot process that were never clarified to me. I've spent thousands of dollars and 18 months to get near the end and now I have to start over again because it has been 12 weeks since my last shot. I was not aware of this nor was there an attempt to let me know this could happen. They were closed for a good amount of time due to Covid. I know Covid is going on but I cant afford start over. I have bad allergies and was getting 4 shots a week. Now I have nothing to show for it. All that time was wasted. I feel like a complete fool. Learn from my mistake. If you are getting shots make them right down when vials expire, keep close eye to make sure you dont go 12 weeks without a visit

Park Nicollet Clinic - Carlson Pkwy
lied to by the nurse when calling ahead of time to see if they had an MRI machine (told via the phone they do; then after waiting 2 hours we were told they don't) - lied to about the wait time (waited 2 hours when there was literally 1 person aheadbof us when we arrived); apparently only one doctor on staff and he or she just disappears for hours at a time while the receptionist and nurses then make up reasons for why the doctor can't see them yet. These people are lying scum bags -- i wouldn't trust them to pave my driveway let alone give me any medical advice -- and their arrogant rudeness is simply astounding -- i can't emphasize enough how disgusted I am with prk nicollet overall but especially their minnetonka / carlson parkway office -- if you have any alternative choice for health care, run and don't look back

    Southdale Allergy Clinic
Checked in at front desk. Went to allergy waiting area. No food allowed there (don't bother packing a snack for your child during the 2 hour apptmt). Allergist was great about taking time to answer all my questions about the newly diagnosed food allergies. Nurse came in to do the skin p**** allergy test. My child wasn't bothered the test - a few attempts to itch her back, but nothing major. Less painful than a blood test or vaccination. Allergist did seem rushed at end of appointment - leaving the room twice to deal with another patient, but was helpful and friendly. Get the sense it's a busy clinic with a large patient load, but nurses and allergist were helpful and great with kids. Would recommend.

    Morris, Dr. Richard J.
Dr Morris was great. He had excellent bedside manner, quickly establishing rapport with both my daughter and myself. He was thorough in his exam and gathering of pertinent medical history. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand.

    Park Nicollet Clinic-St Louis Park
I was able to get in almost immediately due to a cancellation. I arrived on time, got in on time, and got my prescriptions for the meds I needed. Dr. Guyer was friendly and provided me with all information I needed before taking my trip.

St Paul Allergy & Asthma Clinic P A
They are great, although I haven't been there for over a year, because my asthma is better. but I was very pleased with their services. The doctors were wonderful and the staff well trained. They took my concerns seriously and treated my condition in a conservative, but when needed aggressive way. I always left feeling that I had been listened to, and taken care of with the appropriate concern and treatment. Plus they are open on Thursday evenings, so I didn't have to miss work. They also fit me in at times when I was having real trouble with my asthma. The only down side was that they didn't take into account all of my other medicines I had been taking could have caused my asthma.

    Harold Kaiser MD
I have been seeing Dr. Kaiser for about 6-7 years and love him. He has handled my allergy testing and allergies, including symptoms while I was pregnant. He is very attentive and responds with effective treatments. The office also offers allergy shots, which I had for about a year.
