I called to see how long it would take to repair the pair of cowboy boots. I didn't know all that needed to be done to them to get them back to as good as new. I asked the repair-person to fix them as he would the boots of someone he loved. He laughed and wrote, "fix" on the ticket. Six days later they were finished and as good as new.- LAURA K.
My Provider name locked. shoes had been damaged when another shoe repair service resoled them, the stiching was not holding and they did the job over to no avail. Next I sent them to allle Provider name locked. for recrafting and they replied that they were damaged so bad that they were " unable to perform the recrafting procedure" then I took them to ace. They carefully looked at them and I waited for 15 min while they repaired them. They are holding up fine now. Very goof craftsmenship, pride, and great customer service!!!- THOMAS M.
I've used the Provider name locked. twice in a row. The first pair of shoes repaired needed a lot of work (full leather soles, heels) and it was expensive ($50+), but I hadn't asked for an estimate and knew the shoes needed a lot of work. I was leery, but brought in a second pair of loafers and they needed only half soles of rubber. The cost was $5.25.
Everyone I had contact with were pleasant. They gave an accurate time frame needed (about 1 1/2 weeks), admitting they were taking quite a bit of time. They called as promised when the work was done.
I am pleased with the service and the work performed. (I was also amazed at the variety of cowboy boots they had.)
