    Raymond Moy MD,FAAFP
He's awful. He has an awful bedside manner, he doesn't listen to the things that you attempt to tell him as far as your own feelings and as far as treatment, nor how medications make you feel. I took a medication that desensitized me to a level of violence that should have appalled me and the doctor found no problem with that at all. His nursing staff are relatively inept. They were using the wrong size blood pressure cuff on me for six months giving me inaccurate readings which resulted in Dr. Moy just pumping me full of all sorts of medication. He would just throw medication at me. He completely took whatever I said and disregarded it with respect to my psyche. The worst part is his methodology. He didn't care that his staff was making mistakes, he didn't care about the medication, he just cared about getting me out and getting paid. I would classify him as an abomination to the medical society. His secretary was very nice, very friendly and very accommodating.

    Aurora Health Center Mayfair
The psychiatrist is great. The quality of the doctor is what keeps us going back, he just has a very good understanding of children with autism and he takes the time to explain things to us. He is very patient and does an excellent job of treating the patient so we have been very happy with his care. My son has been seeing him for probably two years now. Sometimes, it is challenging to get an appointment but we generally schedule the next appointment when we are there so it is not too bad. However, because of the amount of patients he sees, getting in can sometimes be a challenge but it is probably so because he is a popular doctor and that is just the nature of it.

I saw him several times and all he wanted to do was give me higher doses of the meds that were already not working. When I told him the anti depressant I was on was making me feel in a way I didn't like he just ignored it. Poor listening skills. Not willing to go the extra mile at all. His staff are not much better other than the reception lady. His staffer who took BP used the wrong cuff for months resulting in me being on blood pressure meds. Don't trust your mental health with this group

    BETH ABRAMSON
Dr. Abramson is exceptional at what she does.  I have been her patient for a long time and she has served my very well.
She is very easy to talk to and listens very effectively.  I trust her completely.

    American Behavioral Clinics
Began treatment for panic and anxiety issues 6-7 years ago with weekly appointments. With their help, I have greatly improved. I see them every 2-3 months now. It is comforting knowing that if I have more severe anxiety or other mental health issues arise in the future, that I have a great therapist and psychiatrist at American Behavioral Health to help me. I am extremely grateful for their services.

    Winston, Dr. James B
If you want to work with incompetent receptionists and a doctor who will openly tell you that he is routinely 30 or more minutes late for your appointment, Dr. Winston is for you. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to sit in a cramped, hot waiting room for over an hour waiting for a doctor, especially on a first visit. I would give Doctor Winston an F for service, patient relations and business management. We all understand that doctors have emergencies and delays, but to make it part of your business plan to delay almost all appointments by 30 minutes is a disgrace. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. His office is like a puppy farm for the mentally ill... What a shame.

    Winston, Dr. James B
I had to wait a half hour or more, which I am not fond of, but understand.
Once in, I found Dr. Winston to be personable, engaged, and caring. He is also open to non traditional approaches, like energy therapies, supplements, and such.

Since I am just starting with him, it's too early to comment of the efficacy of the treatment, But I think we are clearly on the right track.

    Winston, Dr. James B
His office manager is this quirky, young gal that is super efficient and on top of things. I appreciated the entire staff's professionalism. I arrived a little early and Dr. Winston came out and greeted me for my appointment right on time. He took a lot of time with my initial consultation, taking a thorough inventory of my history and past treatments. He also spent time telling me about his experience as a doctor with bipolar disease. This made me feel confident in his abilities.

    Marie Ferber MD
I have been a patient of her's for a long time. I have no choice now; need to get the meds and one is held hostage with obligate quarterly visits (nice way to assure an income stream even when lifetime Rx is a certainty!).

In the beginning, there was some worthwhile interaction but, on balance, she is just too young and unconscious about the real world for a well-educated patient.

I suspect she is more adept with children and young women, although I noted nothing definitive regarding a specialty when I started.

Now my visits are a boring waste of time and nothing is accomplished. I am on the cusp of switching to an older and more worldwide psychiatrist.

I think Ferber tries her best but she is not a good choice for an older male.

    DeMuri, Dr. Bernadette A.
She mostly takes care of my meds but I have done other things with her as well. I have to always stay on top of my mental health and she has helped me do that. She is very responsive to anything you have to say that might be a bit negative. I was hospitalized once a long time ago. She came to see me and just shook her head in a dismissive way. I wrote her a letter and told her. She thanked me and said it would help her for the future. She sometimes gets in a rut and it is nice to be reminded what she is supposed to do. I am sticking with her for life! She is very nice and very intelligent, which you want in a doctor. She knows what she is talking about. She has never been dismissive or over-medicated me. She helped me find a neurologist when I needed one. She helped me find a new therapist as well. She gave me 3 names and told me a little about each person. Her description helped and I immediately hit it off with that therapist.
