They were outstanding. It was a cold, wet, rainy day. They installed the Provider name locked. right in the parking lot. They made sure it was working after the installation. They also made sure it was correctly mounted on my wheelchair carrier. It was a smooth service and they just did a great job. For a guy in a wheelchair, to have this kind of service, this good hearted service, is really a blessing.- Michael H.
Bad experience. I have been trying to get medical supplies from them and have used them in the past for over 10 years. I found that when going to get prescription supplies, that my account had been deactivated with them causing me not to get my medical supplies / prescriptions. My doctor had faxed the prescriptions to them three times starting in June 2015, again in Provider name locked. of 2015 and again August 2015. Then I went personally and handed them the prescription to the manager ED on October 1, 2015, I finally got a call yesterday and they had no idea of what supplies were that I needed. Today as of October 23, 2015 I still do not have my medical supplies. I feel extremely frustrated, I feel like I have been mistreated and this is the worst customer service that I depend on for my health in life. I don't like the fact that I am forced to use them by my Medical Insurance Company.- Robert C.
Provider name locked. , who took my application, was friendly and efficient. It only took me a couple of minutes to fill out the form, copy my ID, and insurance cards, and they took care of the rest. My crutches arrived in record time and within a few minutes of being fitted I was out the door.
