  • Not much of an exam altho I am healthy. But they recommended a pneumonia vaccine. So then I get a bill for $87 for my share of the vaccine. Turns out they are charging double for the vaccine compared with the same thing at CVS, for $225 and I would have no out of pocket expenses. Now this vaccine is preventative which is not supposed to cost the patient. I would like a requirement that they must tell us how much it is going to cost BEFORE they do anything that we get charged for.

  • Still working on it. Loretta is beyond fabulous!!!! She is so sensitive to my needs, my requests, my questions and is so so helpful. She has treated me as though I was her family member and she is trying to locate information for loved one. I'm so blown away by her kindness and professional demeanor that it is really hard for me to put into words. I knew virtually nothing about my mothers father, and I've now found out details that actually make him seem real to myself and my siblings. I could go on forever about Loretta and her services, so I will stop and say only that anyone who would need assistance finding out about their ancestry would be blessed to work with her.

  • Dr. Churchill was highly recommended and I traveled from northwest Indiana to see him. I explained that time was of the essence – my shoulder pain was increasing and I also needed to have the shoulder replacement surgery before the year end. He agreed and we scheduled a date. His team and his facilities are about as bad as they get. Staff have rotten attitudes and personalities. The facilities are poorly run and possibly designed to delay you as long as possible. There is no patient support or follow-up. Though, I think they reflect the leadership – starting with Dr. Churchill. My images were coming from another hospital. The staff provided zero help to attain them. I practiced in medical malpractice defense work for ten years. I have had plenty of operations. I had never seen an office so unwilling to help. Fine, I set out to obtain the images. Once I got them and FedEx’d to his office, I waited for a call. None came. I called to learn that they lost my images, cancelled my surgery, blamed me for not calling – and if you think I am wrongly indicted the good doctor for the failures of his staff, Churchill called me and was equally offensive. I sit here still in shock, greater pain and knowing my window for the surgery has closed. I will have to live with this pain for another 6 months while I find another qualified surgeon, get on the schedule and get under the knife. People often talk about doctors and God like complexes. Sadly, I think this is the case here. I don’t doubt Churchill is an exemplary surgeon. But no empathy, not nice, not helpful. If you want your shoulder fixed, if you don’t care support or understanding, if bedside manner is overrated, then Churchill may be your guy if the stars align. For me, the pain continues and I’m back to the drawing board.

  • Dr. Kleczka was only interested in pushing pills and getting me out of her office so she could finish her rounds. She didn't take time to listen to me or my concerns. She was very condescending in her attitude and approach. She treated me as if only she had any knowledge and my problems were trivial and largely in my mind. She was not interested in finding out what was causing my problems only in mitigating the symptoms through prescription drugs. When I questioned the approach a nurse practioneer took she got defensive and began to defend the nurse practioneer before she even heard all I had to say.

  • Jim responded to my call quickly and took care of checking warranties. He ordered the necessary part. Once the part arrived, he called to schedule the service call. Jason arrived and was very professional. He ran diagnostics to make sure the control board was the issue. It was and he installed the new part, tested the machine and did a thorough maintenance of everything. If I ever need service, their business card is taped to the treadmill. Very happy with my experience.

  • Treatment: Second opinion showed wrong treatment plan. Over priced: Staff told me the appliance/mouth guard was covered by insurance, made it, charged me 25% more and other reputable TMJ Doctors and then blamed me when insurance didn't cover. Poor Customer Service. Karkow screams at patients who question her treatment. No one called to schedule appointments or follow-up on care. Asked for x-rays was told they didn't have them - they are required by law to retain. STAY AWAY.

  • Terrible. I brought frames in to have lenses installed. Frames came back broken and they tried to fix them without telling me first. After some debate I requested the frames back along with my money. They reimbursed me the money for the lenses and sent the frames back with the lenses in them and made it sound like I got the lenses for free and that I requested the lenses back as well but that was a lie. I only requested my frames back. What good are lenses in broken frames that can't be worn? I had signed a frame damage waiver that I would be responsible if the frames were damaged during the lense installation but never thought this would happen. When I received my frames back they looked like someone sat on them. There was a broken off nose piece and one of the side arms was bent and fell off. They used the waiver against me and would not reimburse me for the frames. I sent them an invoice and to date I have not received my money back for the frames. In my opinion I would not do business with this place. They are rude and not professional at all. I went to another optometrist (Dr. Roy and Associates) and they are excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Roy and Associates and avoid Grange Vision. I still intend to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and any other agency I can think of when I get the time, to report my experience with Grange Vision. I think they realize that it takes a lot of time and effort for people to report these kind of experiences and that's why they do not care about reviews like this. I had spoken to my Dr. at Grange Vision and told him I was going to write about this. He told me to do what I had to do. So again he did not care!!

  • I have been seeing this physician for several years. This spring, I amd another appointment. As it was the first appointment of a new year, they made me fill out all sorts of forms, they made a copy of my health insurance card, and asked me about possible changes to my plan. Two months later I received a letter of claim rejection from my insurer. I made numerous calls to my insurer and the doctor's office. The people at the doctor's office were very rude and claimed that they can't possibly know what my particular sub-plan would cover. As it turns out, this doctor no longer had any sort of contract with my insurer, Humana, one of the nation's largest insurers. It would have been easy for the office person to inform me of that, but they chose not to on that first visit and 2 more. Now I am on the hook for over $800 in costs.

  • Dental hygienist was great - didn't use the ultrasonic device when I mentioned that I didn't like them. Crown put in by Dr. Crego himself, and for the first time I didn't have the discomfort I have had with other crowns. His work is first-rate. People at the front desk are informed, organized and expeditious regarding paperwork, insurance, etc.. All your ducks are in a row when you arrive. Excellent practice all around.

  • I have been seeing Dr. Geary for two years now with many things done to my teeth . I feel he is going to stay my only dentist for the rest of my life. He is kind gentle to the touch. Very professional," no pain" Staff is very friendly they treat you like family! My new crowns look and feel just right. If not Dr. Geary will make it right. because I feel he has my dental health in mind first of all. My Dentist for life. I give Him and staff my highest recommendation. Thank You Dr. Geary.
