Provider name locked. performed a total clean out of our old residence. Provider name locked. , the owner of Provider name locked. , and her crew were prompt, courteous and very efficient. In approximately one and one half days, they properly disposed of the trash that was left in our house (old boards, paint, etc.), boxed up items which were to go to charity and carefully boxed up items that were going to her consignment store for resale. They even provided a dumpster for the trash. We had a lot left over as we were moving to a smaller condo. They arrived promptly at 9:00 in the morning and immediately started sorting and boxing up items. Provider name locked. knew what to take to charity and what would go to her consignment store for resale. I was very impressed at their efficiency. They were very organized and polite. After boxing everything up, they loaded their truck with the charity items and dropped them off. After they were done with that, the truck was loaded again and off went the items for the store. I am very pleased that she took so much to her store for resale (dishware, furniture, lamps, jewelry, artwork, etc.) as I will get a percentage of the sale price of these items. When they were all done, everything was cleared out and the house was ready for the realtor. It was so nice to have that taken care of for us. We didn't have to lift a finger!

The love seat arrived the week before Thanksgiving. Two delivery men brought the loveseat in and placed it where we indicated. Immediately, we noticed a problem with one of the arm covers. It was made incorrectly and was huge. The delivery men said "work with it, it'll fit." Then they promptly left. Shortly after the men left, we noticed that the bottom cushion had two lines across it in the fabric. Since it was the holidays, we contacted Provider name locked. & Risely after Thanksgiving. They told us to bring the armcover and the cushion in. We took both the bottom cushion and both arm covers into the store. We proceeded to talk first to the saleswoman who sold us the loveseat and then the manager was brought in. They asked us why we had not noticed the problem with the bottom cushion immediately and why we didn't call the men back. The saleswoman tried to fit the arm cover on the sofa in the store and could not get it to fit correctly. The manager also tried and failed. The manager then took a picture of the cushion and said she would send it to the place where they upholster the furnture and see what they would do. When we talked to them again, they accused us of causing the lines on the cushion.
Two to three weeks passed before we heard from Provider name locked. & Provider name locked. . They said that the arm covers would be replaced. As for the cushion, they said a new cover would be made and we could pick up both the arm covers and the new cushion cover. We refused and said we wanted someone from the store to come and look at the loveseat as new problems had developed. The bottom cushions are now two different sizes. The cushion on the right as you face the sofa is noticably larger than the one on the left. In addition, the cushion on the left, does not stay in place and slips forward. Also, the back cushions are not put together properly. We have talked to Provider name locked. & Risely and they have continued to refuse to send someone from the store out to our house to insepct the loveseat. We are at a stalemate.
It is my belief that if there was a man in our household, this problem would have been dealt with in a timely and proper fashion. As it stands, we have been discriminated against and accused of tampering with the furniture. They say they have quality furniture at their store, yet when it comes to fixing such obvious problems, they steadfastly refuse to address the issue and place the blame on their customers. Needless to say, we will never purchase anything from them again. In addition, if anyone asks us about Provider name locked. & Provider name locked. , we will honestly tell them not to purchase anything from them because if there is a problem, they will blame the customer instead of sending someone out to deal with the problem(s).

From the minute I walked through the door until the loveseat was delivered, Provider name locked. did everything right.Everyone was genuinely interested in making sure I purchased what I wanted.
I will go back for future purchases and will recommend the company to anyone who would ask.
