Drivers Ed reviews in Milwaukee

This driving school was very professional and taught my son so well.  He had his road test on the day of the big snow storm and with very little snow driving experience he passed with flying colors.  Instructors were great and office was always very helpful. Highly recommend.

It went great. My teenager is a confident driver and felt comfortable with the instructors. Their classroom schedule is a huge commitment for busy teenagers, but Arcade runs their classes Monday through Thursday (other driving schools went Monday-Friday). They also run some of their Behind-the-Wheel classes on the weekends. Their customer service is tops! I'm a very happy parent.

I looked them online. It was kind of pricey but the last time I needed driver's education was forty years ago. My son just finished going through their classroom portion a couple of weeks ago. It is kind of difficult to get them on the phone but they do return calls.

They come out picked him up and took him out for lessons. They also went with him to the exam at the end of the training period. The trainer did a great job and was very informative of his progress and how he was doing.

The instructors for the class, Bill and Kelly, were great! We had a wide range of experience levels in this class and everyone came away learning something. I recommend this class to ANYONE who rides a motorcycle. With both classroom (House of Harley) and riding range time (at Greenfield High School,) we had opportunities to practice riding in a safe environment. Taught emergency maneuvers, stopping, road safety techniques, info about safety equipment, etc. Upon passing road skills test in class you receive a waiver for the DMV road test. Should be required for all motorcycle drivers. Before taking class thought the price a bit steep but after completion realize it is well worth it. Location offer advanced classes for more experienced riders as well.

    KC's Driving School
She is a good driver now. She says that the teacher was funny and that there was no internet in the room. I like that we could schedule the Behind the Wheels classes. It was convenient having classes after school and I liked the location of the class. They were flexible with the timing.

They had an option for one-on-one instruction which we found helpful. I was pleased with their work, but felt they have a few administrative kinks to work out in terms of the one-on-one option. There were a few times where they showed up with more then one driving student in the car.

The instructor in the classroom was intimidating and rude to the students. In a three week course he was gone for a week and the owner took over and read from the book very fast. It was impossible for the students to take notes and subsequently my daughter missed answers on her drivers test because of that. They had parrots and dogs in the classroom. A centipede crawled up a students leg and she was told to be quiet. When we scheduled the behind the wheel sessions I particularly called the office to tell them we would be on vacation and the instructor should call after, and the message never got directed. The instructor that did work with my daughter did a great job but did have negative things to say about the company. It was very hard to complete the behind the wheel segments, it took us through August until January 1st to complete due to scheduling problems for only 6 hours of driving.

The cost included six behind the wheel driving lessons of those six they failed to show up or canceled three of them at the last minute. the company charges a $40 fee if WE canceled the lesson or didn't show up but the have no problem not showing up. The first instructor for my daughter's class basically implied that the students should lie to the company owner and ended up being fired causing great problems and stress for the students. It was handled in a unprofessional manner in front of all of the students.

We had 4 lessons and cancelled the 5th. The instructor did not hold the full length of the appointment: - dropped off 10-15 min early during 60 min lesson - during the lesson he stopped at least once or twice to visit a store to purchase soda or other products - was always late to the appointment by up to 20 min - on one occasion he stopped for 10 min to arrange the next appointment, which already had been made, wasting time (he admitted that it had been made) - the instructions themselves were ok, however, the instructor did not provide a wide range of driving experience but concentrated on 4 basic maneuvers
