    Terrible. The worst. Number one, they were priced much higher than other places Angie's List gave me. They were $100 or $150 more for the stain job. The others I'd have to wait so I decided to use them. A couple of days after their brake job, I didn't have brakes. No brake fluid. So they almost killed me having no brake. So I had to go out in the middle of the night to get a brake fluid. There was no brake and they told me I will get oil change for free instead of reimbursing the brake fluid I bought. Two weeks later, my power steering went out, the reason the power steering went out was because the oil was blown all over the engine. They almost killed me twice and they refused to reimburse me for it and refused to take responsibility, they told me take him to court. I would never let them touch my car again. But the service manager named Tom was nice, other than that everything about the place is all F.

    I haven���t been to a mechanic outside of a dealership in years. Based on errors made by the dealership when I purchased my current vehicle I have no warranty, which I���m not use to at all. All of a sudden I needed to find a mechanic. Of course I immediately went to Angie���s List, my go to for almost everything. Felsing had great reviews and as an added bonus is close to my home. To say they were awesome is an understatement. Professional, kind, caring, and honest. The price quoted was accurate and fair. They also gave me information on some up coming repairs that will need to be done in the next 6 months to a year along with estimates so I can plan. The fact that I was able to find someone I am comfortable with is a huge weight off my mind. They are my go to going forward and I would definitely recommend them. THANK YOU!!

    I can���t recommend this company highly enough. The dreaded check engine light came on in my car and I knew that sometimes it can be something as simple as a loose gas cap. I tightened the Cap down but the light stayed on. The next day I filled my tank and again made sure the cap was tight but the light stayed on. I searched online for the other likely causes and they were all scary expensive. Having heard great things about ETE, I took my car there and was prepared to pay whatever the price was. Turns out it actually was the gas cap. There was rust around the filler neck that had to be scrubbed away and they put in a new gas cap. Problem solved. Based on all the above they could have told me it needed a new catalytic converter and I would have believed it and paid the price. All the reports by others of their honesty and integrity are true. Hope it���s a long time before I need another repair but the only call I make will be to ETE.

    The back left wheel of my son's 2016 Mazda 3 was making a slight squealing noise. I brought it in to have it looked at. I agreed to pay for 30 minutes of service to have it inspected. Within 15 minutes, they called to tell me that I needed new brakes and that the cost would be just under $500. I told them that I was going to hold off. They proceeded to charge me $70 for the evaluation. $70?? Really??? Not only did it take them about 10 minutes to evaluate the car, but do mechanics really charge $140/hour labor nowadays?? A decent dealership wouldn't have charged me a dime. I know where I'll never be bringing this car for service again.

    Griffin's Hub Chrysler Jeep Dodge
    On 3/21/18 we took our 2005 Dodge Stratus to Griffin for an estimate on transmission work. We were told that there would be a $98 fee for the estimate. We agreed. After checking over the car the service writer told us we needed a rebuilt transmission. The cost would be $5900. We asked what kind of warranty would come with the rebuilt transmission. The service writer said that there was NO WARRANTY. We were shocked. $5900 and no warranty? We told Griffin that we weren't going to pay that kind of money without a warranty. We left and began checking with a few private transmission shops. All offered some kind of warranty, with the best being a 3 year warranty. Then we contacted the Chrysler Customer Service Dept. They replied that any transmission work performed at a certified Chrysler dealer was covered by a TWO YEAR WARRANTY.. At that point we had decided not to do business with Griffin, but we did send an e-mail to Griffin's general manager with our reply from Chrysler. We never received a response.

    This place is a great place to bring your car. He will take good care of you at a fair price. As a woman who does not know a lot about cars, I always have to be careful not to be taken by scare tactics and shady practices by other area auto places. This place makes sure you know what they are doing and why. I believe him to be very honest and he is willing to work on solutions that work for you. Never jack up prices and never tries to get you to fix things that don't need fixing. Very laid back. His wife works in the office and is also very nice. I have been using him regularly for 5 years but off and on for an add'l 5 years prior. I really trust him.

    They replaced the resonator only - not many shops will do this anymore. The GMC dealer wanted over $1200 - these guy did it for $209.15 It's not a pretty place inside or out but who cares. They know their stuff, they're honest, and they're FAST. I was first in line for an estimate and was on my home with the repair completed in an hour.

    Had a great first visit to Greitens! They do a free inspection on every visit, and I was surprised by the level of detail and pictures that come with the online inspection report. It���s even color coded with their recommendations. Very easy to understand. Mike was very friendly and explained things in layman���s terms to me. Work was done quickly and probably at 50% of the price the Mazda dealership quoted me. Wow! I will definitely be back.

    They do it right. They are kind of pricey. They are completely reliable and so i am happy with them. Same day. Facility is fine. I don't wait, they have a driver to drive me home and then pick me up when the work is done. No problems with the workers.

    I brought my car in for an air bag replacement at a scheduled time. The service techs had us wait ten minutes, then decided to give us a car for the day instead of wait. When we called to see if our car was ready, the service techs told us our car no longer worked. It died in the car wash. The car was in good working order when we dropped it off. It was just serviced by another company with new tires, alignment, brakes and rotors. All is needed a muffler. Not only did Schlossman tell us our car died, they also told us we needed an alignment. Schlossman got our car working again. We took it immediately back to our regular service provider who said that Schossman's alignment report was a joke. There is nothing wrong with our car or the alignment. What a scam.
