    On Monday I realized my 17 year old refrigerator was not running at all. I called a few places to see if the had our narrow size in stock and when they could deliver. Some only had the bigger models. Most were scheduled a week out, but Scott was able to promise delivery by Thursday. I went into the shop, he assisted me in selecting a refrigerator. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday between 9 am and 1 pm. The delivery team was here at 9:15 am, setup was complete within 30 minutes.

    Fast, friendly and fantastic Cam and Adam delivered and expertly set up my new wonderful Speed Queen Washer and dryer today. I wish I would have come to Kettle Moraine Appliance & TV the first time instead of that big box store. Everyone was terrific and I am really happy doing laundry right now. Really Cam and Adam were true experts and knew exactly how to hook up my appliances and so helpful giving me an in-service so I could use the new Speed Queen���s right way. A+++++ job today.

    machine did not and does not work. it died 2 weeks from getting it and it took 2 weeks and several visits to colders to get them to do something. warning - once you buy something from them, they wave their hands of it. they give you a service # to call and you are at their mercy. colders will not take anything back. the sales manager looked like he was going to explode with anger when we went to him last saturday to complain. we are stuck with this fridge; cannot return it and we are waiting for it to have the same problem again. btw - it is a MAYTAG fridge (which the sales guy says is one of their best but the service guy said the fans break on a lot of them right out of the box). horrible horrible experience.

    They really did a good job and quick. They brought it right away and installed it. We have done business with them on other appliances we have gotten. We are satisfied. They are easy to deal with. It took 3 days. The worker was good. They explained everything how to use it before they left. Everything was fine.

    I have no problems with the stove and the refrigerator. They were comparable with everybody else on the cost. The sales people were very helpful. With delivery, I think they privately contract. But the delivery service was good. The first refrigerator was dented, they immediately took it back and sent another one. They were good.

    There was something wrong with one of them. The salesperson was wonderful and I was told she was the one to go to. She knew what she was talking about. We really didn't do comparison shopping. We've had a couple of problems with the freezer, but they serviced those.

    It cost me a penny. It cost me a little bit of money. I think that companies try to...if they don't have a product, they try to get another one in and charge you a little bit more and I just don't like that. If you say you got a sale, give that person a sale and if you don't have that product, give them a little break on the product that you are going to give them for the product you don't have.

    The store sold a defective, brand new refrigerator that flooded our kitchen; the sale representatives promised to take care of the issue but failed to do it, very unprofessional, terrible customer service experience/service.

    I was very pleased with it. They came in and placed it. Because it was a gas unit, we put the gas together ourselves. You don't always get the exact price you want. But, it was in the lower price range I wanted to pay. The staff at the store was very courteous and informative. The staff that they sent out to deliver the product was very nice and very good. They came in, did their job and left. I was very pleased with what they did.

    I really wish you could give zero stars to a company but that is not an option. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. The manager, Bryan, and his assistant Joe are about as incompetent and insincere as they come. We purchased our washing machine 2 years ago with the description that this was a premium product. We have since had it serviced THREE times. This last event left us without a washer for 3.5 weeks. In a family with 4 kids that doesn't work out very well. When I called the store directly, having met with an even worse experience from the extended warranty company, I was informed that it's not uncommon to be without your appliance for 3-4 weeks while waiting for covered repairs. Ridiculous. These people pride themselves on a great customer service experience? I found that my experience was anything but that. No one takes responsibility. Everyone seems to 'have to talk to someone higher up' in order for anything to happen. Their president must be extremely busy or as incompetent as his employees. I warn EVERYONE, consider going somewhere else to purchase any appliance. This place is a joke at best.
