  • After a total of 15 minutes with the doctor, I was shocked to get a $600 bill. My lizard's leg was swollen and he did a culture of the skin, took blood and x-rays. It wasn't broken and he had no external infection, so he assumed it was an internal infection and gave me medication. He said he would call me back in a week when the blood results were in to confirm the infection and make sure my lizard was on the correct dosage of medication. I never got a call back. When I followed up, he said there was no infection but to continue the meds and come back for a follow-up (at an additional charge). There was no improvement to my lizard's leg, so I wasn't investing anymore more money or time into this vet and I took him to another vet. She identified the issue (for $65) . It will be a slow process to recovery, but my total cost at the other vet was $125 (including meds and follow-up).
I understand lizards are considered exotic and it's more expensive to care for them, but $600 was way off course to what I think was fair, especially since he wasn't able to resolve any issue. He also never even warned me how expensive everything was going to cost...just rushed me through the process. My other vet walked me through every step and explained what everything would cost.

  • They are excellent and they focus on preventative care. They are a full service veterinary clinic and hospital. They have three different monthly plans and they cover a lot of stuff. It is excellent and they are very professional and clean. They are very helpful and they give me extra assistance because of my vison. I can get her groomed there as well and they are very very nice. The filed my dog’s nails and gave her a bath.

  • I have been taking my rescue dogs (3) to this clinic for years. I am an avid animal lover and I genuinely feel they share that passion. They always address my pets by name and we never wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. The waiting room is always clean and odor free and the staff is pleasant. The doctor took the blood work and told me I would get the results on Monday. I purchased the heart and flea meds they routinely take (I did not include the cost of the meds in the service cost). After every visit, they always call and ask how the pet is doing. Once my dog was attacked and I called them before they opened and the Vet met me at the clinic, treated my dog...and calmed me down. I have always had great experiences with this clinic. The meds are a little pricey but to me, my dogs are priceless.
It's surprising if anyone ever has a problem with this clinic judging by the way I have always been treated.
