  • She does all kinds of dental work. She works with Miami Children's Hospital. My son had to get so much dental work done that they sent him to Miami Children's Hospital. She went there to do the work on him. She uses different techniques for the children.

  • Go to this oral surgeon, Dr. Provider name locked. from Dentistry Specialists Integrated if you don't mind a Provider name locked. attacking your mouth with an pickaxe.  Tell him that the local analgesic didn't work and you can feel and hear everything, he'll tell you, "It will be over in just another minute."  (Not!)  Tell him that the sedation nitrous isn't being delivered through the Provider name locked. , he'll say, "Well, you did fine without it, didn't you?"

Tell the staff that you expect reimbursement for the $200 you had to pay for the nitrous prior to the procedure and they agree that since you didn't receive any sedation, you will be reimbursed - but only after the insurance compensates them.  This makes no sense because it was for an undelivered service.  Anyway, after several phone calls in which the staff agrees each time that you will be reimbursed $200 for the sedation, the office manager announced 6 weeks after the procedure that the estimate from the insurance differed from the actual payment by $13.85 and they would hold the money back until the situation was resolved.  During a contentious phone call, in which the office manager, Provider name locked. , told me she couldn't believe how I was arguing over $13.75 to which I obviously answered that I couldn't believe that an oral surgeon was fighting so hard, risking future patient relations and his reputation over $13.75.  Provider name locked. accused me three times of feeling "shame", saying that I would feel better to just tell her what I was really feeling:  I told her that I couldn't believe that she was talking about shame, and that I certainly didn't feel shame, only anger.

Provider name locked. kept demanding to know why I let six weeks go by without complaining.  She said that she and my General Dentist's (Dr. H. Provider name locked. ) office manager discussed me and couldn't believe that I was complaining now.  I explained that while I was very dissatisfied with the encounter, I don't typically complain, I knew that I would never again see him and I saw no reason to make a big production over my unhappiness.  But after six weeks of not receiving my reimbursement I was angry and having Provider name locked. bully me on the phone was the final straw. On 10/3/11 Provider name locked. promised to zero out any balance on my account and to send me the $200.  As of 10/13/11 I haven't received anything and spoke again with Dr. Provider name locked. 's office manager.  She told me that Provider name locked. said that the check is in the mail and if I don't receive it by 10/19/11, I should let Provider name locked. know.

I was referred to Dr. Bhattia by my General Dentist, Dr. H. Provider name locked. , and had every reason to expect the same, gentle, professional experience with him that I have with Dr. Provider name locked. .  It turned out to be the worst dental experience I've ever had and I will tell everyone to stay away from Dr. Bhattia.

  • Everybody is friendly and polite. They take you in on time for appointments. If you need anything done they will tell you exactly how much it will cost, and how much your insurance will cover. When you call for an appointment, you don't have to wait for weeks to get in. I have been using them since 2004.
