    Mount Saini Medical Center
Dr. Xydas completed a successful repair. He was extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. **Service may be high in price without insurance, but not in comparison to the actual surgery being performed.

Had to go back several times for the same problem. Each time they did additional treatments. After the last treatment was told to come back in 2 weeks for a recheck. Was not sure that the problem had been fixed. At check-in, for today's visit, I was told that I had a balance of over $120.for my previous visits. I told them I had not gotten a bill, nor had I been informed directly from Medicare about what they had paid and what I would be responsible for. They DEMANDED I pay the balance due otherwise they would NOT treat me. I told them I would find a more ETHICAL practice to deal with my problem and walked out of the office. I have NEVER been denied medical attention from ANY doctor because of a fee that was due. Especially since I had not yet even received any bill. I believe this medical practice is TOTALLY UNETHICAL and no one should use them. They clearly care more about money than taking care of patients. DISGRACEFUL...

    Heather Mason MD
My husband had an initial meet and greet with the doctor where she explained her practice and the concierge service provided by her office. He subsequently had a complete physical and signed an annual contract with the doctor's service. Dr. Mason provides 24/7 on call service and same day or next day appointments, along with full e-mail support.

    Soler-Baillo Plastic Surgery
I had a BBL done in Jan 2017, I'm 5"4, 145lbs. I requested volume to be added just to the upper part of my butt. Dr. Jose said fat needed to be lipoed from my hips and stomach to harvest enough fat. I had no intentions of having Lipo on my hips since I had the ideal hour glass shape. After 1 month of my surgery I noticed uneven hips, an odd fat bulge in my lower back which I didn't have prior to surgery and 80% of the fat that was injected in my butt dissolved . Not only didn't I get the volume I was seeking, my dimples and imperfections that were filled with fat quickly reappeared. Nine months into the surgery I still have uneven hips and can barely tell I had a BBL. Dr. Jose and his staff were trying to making excuses why the fat dissolved pretty much blaming me saying well you said to be conservative, not to go too big.. Yes, I didn't want a Kim K. behind I wanted something tasteful. I made that clear! Plus the doctor and the nurses had the nerve to say that my hips were uneven prior to the surgery. I didn't spend 11k to get no results, go through a very painful recovery and to get uneven hips. I went from having an hour glass shape to straight man's hips. He agreed to revise the surgery which they initially quoted me $1,500. When I rescheduled the surgery they requested $3,500 for anesthesia which should have been done for free. After I got ****** off at the staff for quoting me different prices they emailed me a letter stating he was releasing me as his patient. A doctor is supposed to remedy a surgery that had gone wrong not try to milk you for more money.

    Shaya, Mark MD
My mom lives in Fort Myers and we traveled 2 hours over to Miami to be treated by Dr. Mark Shaya because this was the doctor we wanted to cure my mom of her pain from spinal stenosis! Let me just tell you he gave her, her life back. She woke up the very next day after a 2nd laminectomy performed 8 months later by Dr. Shaya and he fixed the problem immediately!!! So much for the first one performed by a different Dr. in N.Y. EPIC failure!!! Dr. Shaya and his amazing magical fingers worked his magic and he cured her of a bulging disc and nerve pain shooting down both legs. The very next day my mom was pain free in the legs and just normal soreness as a result of surgery. Before surgery I researched 4 doctors for her to see and Dr. Shaya was the second doctor and after visiting with him there was no reason to see anyone else!!!! He is so down to earth, calm and just knows his stuff. Amazing bedside manner just makes the patient feel safe and comfortable!! He explained exactly what needed to be done, recommended an amazing hospital-(North Shore Hospital of Miami) The Passionate Quality Care given by this hospital was amazing!!! From the time you walked through the door the staff was there to take care of all of your needs!! It was just a wonderful experience!!!!!! Not too many doctors can do that in Florida!! As a result of researching doctors in Fl. we learned you have to go with the doctor with the best patient reviews!!! I am happy to report that if you are a candidate with spinal stenosis or spine problems you cant go wrong with this dual certified surgeon his office staff is amazing gets you in right away to take care of the problem. Dr. Shaya and his staff are very prompt in their responses to their patients. I called the office at 6:20 am expecting to get the doctors service and to leave a message and the actual Dr. picked up to say hello, how can I help you at 6:20 a.m. it was amazing!!!!! I expressed my concern and he said he would see me later that morning because he had another surgery to perform!!! Two hours later he was in my moms hospital room to answer any questions/concerns that we had. This doctor was accessible by email and phone anytime during the day. This doctor is a master craftsmanship in his expertise what a GEM!!!! He is all about the care for the patient from the start to the finish!!! Hes not about the $$$$ his main concern is always the PATIENT and their well-being!!!!! My mom could not find a Dr. with these fine qualities in Fort Myers!!!! Clearly he is the DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH. You need to look no more-he is the answer to your problems!!!!! He gave my mom her life back at the age of 74.

Excellent quality of work, commercial or residential. Kendall Diversified took great care of several jobs at my bar and restaurant, "Duffy's Tavern," as well as a Coral Gables residence, and west miami duplex. I would use him every time for any variety or type of plastering work.

    Bascom Palmer Eye Institute
I did my ptosis surgery by Dr. Wendy W Lee. The reason that I finally choose her is because I lived in Florida and don't want to go long distance. Also because she belong to Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, No. 1 eye hospital in US. But I do not realized that many ophthalmologists are trained here. I told Dr. Lee before surgery that she should be THE ONLY ONE to do the surgery and NO ONE else. Her team reconfirmed with me right before the surgery. The whole teams lied. My surgery still done by two doctors. Left eye by Dr. Lee and right eye by a trainee (trainee sit on my right side and Dr. Lee sit on top of my head). The trainee spent about 40 plus minutes and Dr. Lee spent about 15 minutes. I was awake the whole process. I know every single detail like whose hand is moving and where the stitches come from. I also heard their conversations even their voice is very low. Dr. Lee was still teaching him. I won't be able to walk away cause I already paid a total of $8,000 before the surgery. Yes, the surgery is not cheap. There is no surprise that my two eyes looked differently after surgery. Stitches on one eye is tighter than the other. I even won't be able to see one direction with both eyes cause the stitches drag them to different directions. The feeling is so weird and I am afraid to do eye contact with other people. I ask her if she can do some adjustment. She told me the surgery is permanent. I have all pics from day 1 to day 60. The first 3 months after the surgery are nightmares for me. Now they looked better after the swelling gone. But people can still tell the difference right away. Most people Prefer the job done by the trainee. Is that funny? I post this review to let people know she is the worst and irresponsible doctor I have ever seen. Save your money and go somewhere else. Be cautious to these type of hospitals cause they have trainees all the time and these trainees need practice. So they lied to their patients and you probably will be the next victim. One pic is out door under sunshine. The other one is indoor.

It was a great experience.  Actually, it was painless, it was very efficient as far as you're in and out; I  didn't have to spend a long time waiting for service.  The service was great because I was in and I was out.  And the quality was very good.  The nurses were friendly.  The specialist came in and looked at the problem, and they were able to solve it within minutes.  It was a great service.  The wait time was great; it was fast.  It was very fast, it was prompt.  The waiting room, as far as quality, the waiting room was nice, clean, good environment.

    Fink, Dr. Randy A.
I chose this office because it was close to my house and according to the website/reviews, there were midwives available which is what I was looking for. I was new to South Florida and had nothing else to go on. Although the place is super clean and everyone there is professional, there's really no personal connection. The midwives were more like doctors disguised as midwives so don't expect any traditional midwifery from them. I was also disturbed by the amount of advertisements around the office. It's like walking into a commercial. The whole experience was very superficial. Wait time is very long and time with doctor/midwife is very short. I asked once for the midwife to check to see if the baby was engaged and she politely refused and joked that I just wanted her to tell me I'd go into labor early. Maybe it was pregnancy hormones but I was highly offended. Had she taken the time to get to know me, she would've known that I was in no rush and happy to let baby stay in as long as he needed. They insisted on doing many ultrasounds despite no need and told me once that they wanted to "make sure baby wasn't too big" for delivery (aka.....we may convince you you need an (unnecessary) c-section). I just really felt it was all about money and it bothered me a lot. I was told that at my first appt. that toward the end of the pregnancy patients get numbers for the midwives so we could contact them when we go into labor. I went into labor two weeks early but up until that point, I never received anything. I also learned the night I went into labor, that the midwives at this practice DON'T WORK ON THE WEEKENDS! That's extremely important to know since you never know when you'll go into labor. Since I went into labor on a Saturday evening and had my baby on Sunday morning, a doctor from the practice delivered. She was professional but again, no connection. They make you feel like you're on a conveyor belt........just give me the money.
