In ten words or less? Beyond my wildest dreams. 1. I hate people in my space. They were in and out in the time they said they would be and did not falter. 2. I hate dust and the accompanying mess that goes with renovation. They were neat, clean and I didn't know they had been there at the end of the workday. 3. When they completed the job they cleaned and made sure that every stick of furniture and piece of art that needed to go back on the wall was in its place before they left. 4. When it came to price negotiation, this company owner is a man of his word beyond expectation. He means what he says and says what he means and never veered from that from the time of the opening discussion. 5. As a result I would recomend this company to anyone that were to ask me about a reputable company and the owner being a man with integritu which we all know today is very rare.- Leah A.
I have a first gen iPad that my 3 year old uses for puzzles, games and it also has movies. A few days ago he came home from an outing with the grandparents and the iPad was malfunctioning. The volume, power and orientation buttons were not working. I went online to find a repair location and found Provider name locked. in South Provider name locked. . I called them up, explained the situation and they said they were fairly confident they knew what it was, but that I should bring it in regardless for an inspection.
I took it in and they confirmed that the buttons were functioning intermittently and that ordering the part and replacing it should take care of the problem. They ordered the part and called me. I took the iPad back and left it for them to work on. About an hour after I left it one of their technicians called me to tell me that it seemed like the buttons were working fine before they had even performed any work on it.
The fact that they would be honest enough to tell me this was refreshing. They couldn't know if I would just say "oh well then I'll just go pick it up" and be charged nothing. Honesty is a quality that is very difficult to find in a company that makes money by providing you a service like this.
Because the problem had existed and appeared to be intermittent I asked them to go ahead with the repair so that I would not have to bring it back if/when it got worse/more frequent. A couple of hours later they called and told me the device was ready. I came to pick it up and tested it onsite. Everything worked perfectly and I just avoided having to buy a new iPad.
In the interest of full disclosure I will say this:
In the shop they have a sign that offers to give a small discount on the repair if you provide an HONEST online review of their services. If you look at my reviews you know I would have done that anyway (discount or not), but I was very glad they honored the offer.
Also, I have concluded my transaction with them and only now after playing with the iPad for a few hours and finding everything working perfectly am I writing the review. They are not holding the discount hostage for the review. All in all they are a class act. Their shop in South Provider name locked. is a tiny place, but it goes to show that you can't always judge quality of service by storefront appearance (Are you listening Geek Squad at Best Buy)?
If you're in the area...I highly recommend these guys. They will give it to you straight.
