Auto Glass Repair reviews in Miami

Excellent quality and outstanding staff. From the person taking the order and handling the insurance claim, to the dispatcher and the technician in the field they were all very professional and very easy to deal with. Very happy with doing business with this company. Definitely will use USA Auto Glass and will recommend it to all my family and friends.

They did a great job, worked quickly, were courteous, took pictures of other scratches and showed me so that I would know that knicks did not come from their work. Great guys!  First time around they had the incorrect window pane for my auto, but quickly rescheduled and were so apologetic & courteous that I do not knock down their rating.

I wasn’t really happy with the outcome. She fixed it so it would not crack more but you can still see the hole. I did not like the results and she told me that was the best she could do.  She left a mark on the car that she did not clean off.

Prior to having my service done, I shopped around for the best price.  These guys beat the lowest competitors price in the area to gain my business.

My appointment was pretty much next day.  I arrived early and they got started right away.  Job took a little less than the hour they quoted me.  Great and courteous service.  I highly recommend these guys.  It's my first time using them and my expectations were exceeded!

Called Day before for estimate, and they were the cheapest by far.  They set up appointment for next day, a Saturday.  Due to the rain they were running a bit late but they called me ahead of time to let me know the tech was running late and gave me an approximate time.  The tech arrived within the new time frame and called 20 minutes before to let me know he was on his way.  They were very professional throughout the whole process.  The work was completed in about a 1/2 hour to replace my windshield.  Best thing is that they came to my residence and they were still cheapest. Other wanted to charge over $200 and me taking automobile to their shop.  If they came to residence it was additional charge.

They come and do everything at your house. There are a lot of flying debris that keep coming. Insurance covers the bills. They are timely and quick, they finished the work within an hour. The work was excellent, you can't tell the window was replaced. They are extremely punctual. When you leave a message, they call you back within an hour.

I found this company while searching the internet for a power window regulator / motor for my daughters 2000 Toyota Solara.   Unfortunately, I did not think to look at reviews BEFORE I contacted them. The drivers window in the vehicle  would intermittently stop stop going up / down.   Knowing it would eventually fail entirely I found powerwindowfix.com on the web and asked them for an estimate. We received an email from Elan.  He said my issue was a window motor and the cost to repair it would be $125.  We arranged for him to come to my house on 5/6 to do the repair. He arrived as scheduled, confirmed that it was the window motor which was bad, and that  the cost would be $125 as per the estimate.  Elon completed the repair in a timely manner.  He then presented me with an invoice for $150 saying he'd had to replace a gear in the motor in addition to repairing the motor.  My BS flag went up but I confirmed the window was working so I paid him the $150 cash, got a receipt and he went on his way. On 5/14 my daughter called me and said she was rolling down the window and it made a clunk and was now loose in it's track. You could hear the motor run but it was not moving the window. I called Elan and he told me it was the regulator which was bad and since he'd repaired the motor previously there would be an additional charge to fix the regulator.  I asked how he knew it was the regulator without looking and he told me it was from experience. He said he'd give me a break and only charge me $75 versus his usual $125 to do the repair.  I had a bad feeling but made an appointment for the following day.   When he failed to show as scheduled or call me I decided to remove the door panel myself and look into the issue. The regulator appeared to be fine (and it was) so I removed the regulator / motor so I could figure out what the problem was.  While taking it out I noticed one of three nuts which hold the motor to the door was missing. I found it inside the bottom of the door and was able to remove it with a magnet on a stick. Once I had the regulator out I notice a cap falling off the back of the motor. I removed the cap and found the drive gear had moved up on the shaft. There was a snap ring stuck to the gear (by that sticky grease used inside the motor) which should have held the gear on the shaft. The snap ring was deformed from someone's attempt to put it on the shaft as it was both too small (in diameter) and too thick to fit in the slot on the shaft. I went to a local hardware store, purchased a snap ring of the proper size, reassembled everything and the window is now performing as it should. That said after seeing the shoddy work (missing nut, wrong deformed snap ring, loose motor cap) I don't really trust the motor repair so I'll be picking up another motor / regulator either new or from a junkyard and replacing it.  When I contacted Elan about what I'd found he refused any refund at all and denied using any wrong parts or not having put it together properly.  I then googled powerwindowfix.com reviews and found many many complaints, all unsatisfied, very similar to mine on various sites (including the Broward Better Business Bureau)  Based on the changing price (upcharge), shoddy workmanship, and poor warranty support I observed my recommendation would be to steer clear of this company.

I WAS IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT THAT INCLUDED JUMPING A CURB AND SWIPING A SMALL METAL SIGN POST. I KNEW THERE WAS EXTENSIVE ALLIGNMENT, WHEEL, HOOD AND QUARTER PANNEL DAMAGE. MY INSURANCE HELPED WITH THE AUTO RENTAL FROM ANOTHER VENDOR. MY CAR WAS TOWED TO LAMETRY'S AND NEARLY 5 WEEKS LATER I HAD MY CAR BACK TO LIKE NEW STATUS. SINCE MY INSURANCE PICKED UP THE BILL AFTER MY 1K DEDUCTABLE IT'S HARD FROM ME TO SUBSTANCIATE THE COST OF THE REPAIR. I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE IN TUNE WITH THE BILLING IF IT WAS OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. THE CAR LOOKED AND DROVE ALMOST PERFECT UPON COMPLETION. MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THAT IT TOOK 5 WEEKS TO COMPLETE.

He said we agreed on the price. Tried to call him back to have him come back and fix it. He ignored my calls and stopped responding. He gave me a paper guarantee. He is scary and intimidating. He wanted a personal check. I was going to stop the check but I got nervous because he knows where I live so I didn't. He cashed it immediately.

The passenger's side window of my 2001 Honda Accord slipped down and would not stay up. I called this company in the morning and was given a quote for both a re-built window regulator and a new regulator. I chose the re-built one, considering that it is an old car. This company provides mobile service only, so I did not have to leave the house. He came over, did the job, was pleasant to deal with, and charged me exactly as quoted. That's all there was to it. What's not to like?
