  • I went to this neurological clinic upon referral from my doctor and recommendation from a family member and a friend. I brought MRI's of my spine, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar. The MRI's document damage in all areas and degenerative disc disease at all levels. Dr Provider name locked. did surgery on the "worst" disks in the cervical area. After surgery, I continued to have symptoms. I was on leave of absence from work. Dr Provider name locked. wrote in his office notes something that was not true. He wrote that I was "going to the gym walking on a treadmill and riding a bike". None of that was true. I was walking with a walker. He documented that I was "walking comfortably". I explained that I had severe pain in my right arm. He documented "Provider name locked. upper extremity strenth". I brought the errors to the attention of his RN assistant. She said there was a "reason" he documented this. I went back to him anyway. Although my surgery was on my cervical spine, he kept insisting that I walk without my walker in various fashions. (I have fallen many times and 2 of the falls resulted in fractured hip). Dr Provider name locked. told me that the "x-Provider name locked. " of my neck "looked good" and he was finished treating me. I was curious if he documented truthfully about me. I requested records, and was charged another $20. The record he documented of my last visit was that I "embellished" the exam. My gait was "bizarre". He also said "I do not think her symptoms are Physical". I am so disappointed in him. I have suffered with degenerative disc disease of my entire spine and endured falls resulting in significant fractures. It is hard for me to walk, but calling my walk "bizarre" was very unsupportive and unkind. I was very hurt for him to accuse me of "embellishment". My visits were not worker's compensation, so I just did not understand why he would document a subjective (on his part), accusatory, negative statement about me. I feel a duty to warn someone about the potential damage he can do with his dictation machine. If someone is hurt, disabled, or has multiple medical problems, he may do the same thing again in his dictation. He may be a fine surgeon, but the after-care with him was disappointing. I am a very honest person. I am very hurt and disappointed of his negative judgements of my character. I would not trust anyone he recommended due to untrue judgemental statements. I would be scared that the next person may be just like him. I would not return to him, and I just do not understand why he dictated these remarks. I was not involved in litigation or an accident. I was merely seeking medical help for my condition which has caused me years of suffering. I decided to travel 200 miles to Nashville to the Provider name locked. Clinic to receive help. I was scared to go back to Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. . .I am being treated now in a very professional manner by another doctor.

  • He was very rude and didn?t listen to me at all. I was on time for my appointment at 1:00 and I didn?t get in to a room until around 4:00 and still had to wait to see the doctor. I was in excruciating pain and the wait was horrible. Once I saw the doctor, he just asked me what I expected him to do and that he couldn?t do anything for me.
