    Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics
Dr. Throckmorton performed the delicate reverse shoulder replacement on my right shoulder, a technique made necessary because my rotator cuff pretty much disintegrated from more than 50 years of tennis. He performed the procedure flawlessly, and I Have had very little pain since the operation on Oct. 18. I now face weeks of physical therapy to adapt my arm and body to my new, improved shoulder, and I expect to be back on the tennis and pickleball courts before Spring officially arrives next year.

    Mid-South Ear Nose & Throat
Ever since I was a little girl I've always had really bad waxy ears no matter how many times I cleaned them. Usually a couple times a year I have to go see an ENT specialist to have my ears cleaned out. Because wax becomes so compacted in my ears it gets to the point where I cant hear. Mid-South Ear , Nose & Throat were fantastic. From the front desk (they were fabulous) my medical assistant was great, and so was my nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner (I'm sorry I cant remember her name) she used a machine to suck the wax out of my ears, and I was good to go. The whole team was amazing. I would DEF go back to them again, and recommend them.

    Campbell, Dr. Tommy J
Cindy Katz is DNP with Tommy Campbell and she is amazing. She provides a thorough evaluation, explanation of diagnosis, treatment and a follow up phone call (day or night) to see if you're feeling better.

    Ruch Clinic
I visited the Ruch Clinic throughout this year during my first pregnancy and delivery. They were excellent through every part of this pregnancy. After having appointments with most of the doctors at the Ruch Clinic during my first trimester (including the excellent Dr. Long and Dr. Bishop) I settled on Dr. Duggirala as my main OB/GYN as I felt that we were most compatible. She was an amazing caregiver, and very attentive through the ups and downs of my high risk pregnancy. She and the ultrasound technician caught a major problem at 25 weeks that probably saved my baby. I was so happy to make it to 39 weeks and deliver safely. Dr. Duggirala made it to my delivery after working a very long shift and brought in the very experienced Dr. Pickens to help with my birth (I ended up needing an emergency c-section). I appreciated that Dr. Duggirala really made the effort to follow my birth plan and to help me have a vaginal delivery (helping me to actively push for over 3 hours), despite the eventual outcome. I thought that both doctors were excellent in the delivery room and would choose them to deliver any future children. I also thought that the staff in the Ruch Clinic during appointments (the clerical staff, the nursing staff, the woman who does the blood work, and the ultrasound technicians) were also very good and always very welcoming and helpful. The only downside with this provider is that occasionally there are extremely long waits to see the doctor. Generally, though, I feel that I received excellent service from the Ruch Clinic.

My services were covered under workers comp, I do not know the cost.  I broke my ankle in at least 2 places and it was not good. My surgeon at Campbell took 3.5  hours to put it back together with plates and screws.  After 6 weeks of bed rest, therapy started. After 6 weeks of therapy I was walking no crutches no braces.  The whole experience was as good as it gets.  The staff was great, learning to walk again was harder then a I thought.  My therapists were wonderful. Now 7 months after surgery, 2 plates and 11 screws I am bicycling.  I hope not to need them again, but strongly recommend them to anyone.

I was pleased with the staff. When we were called back, we were seen promptly. The process of taking and reading the x-ray lasted 10 minutes, and, as soon as they said the cast could come off, the cast was removed. My five year-old was so comfortable with the staff that she told me she didn't need me to come with her for the x-ray or the cast removal. they billing staff new more about my insurance than I did. I was happy that I did not have to pay a co-pay. We both left happy.

    Foundation Medical Group
I'm new to the area and needed a new Primary Care Physician. Being a new patient, I had to wait a few weeks (thus the "B" for availability) but it was no problem for me. They were punctual and very friendly. My doctor (Freeland) was very easy to talk to and I was very comfortable with her and her staff. I feel I have a great doctor now!
