    Our Little Secret MedSpa
Seriously the best spa experience I have ever had and I have spa experiences regularly. This spa will definitely be my go to spa for the Memphis area. Tracy the massage therapist did my body scrub and massage, Lyndsey did my facial and Tracy the owner did my botox.. Every service I chose was impeccable. I arrived a few minutes early to do my paperwork and then they immediately took me back. The chocolate scrub smells delicious and Tracys hands work miracles. They way she massages shoulders and hands is my favorite. Lyndsey was very personable and gentle as she did my facial and Tracy the owner was extremely nice and informative on my first ever botox consultation. She started me off small so not to overdo it and I'm very thankful for her knowledge. I look forward to receiving their services again in the future and highly recommend this salon. I feel amazing ??

    Massage Envy
It was obvious that the employee that was to do my massage had not read any of the pages of forms I had filled out. I had to go over everything that he should have read. He seemed to be in a big rush to get started.
I couldn't sleep that night due to the pain I felt after my massage. I had bruises on my back the next day. I still hurt worse then before the massage. I kept telling the person that was doing the massage that he was hurting me. He would ease up for a while and then start hurting me again. After a while it was obvious he didn't know what he was doing. He was also massaging my back really quickly instead of slowly and carefully. The room was not relaxing either. There was someone in a squeaking chair rolling it nonstop next door (or something). When it was over (15 minutes before it was suppose to be), I noticed a stain on the blanket as I put my shirt back on.  I
Nobody walked me out to the lobby. When I looked at the receptionist she asked if I needed anything from her. I said no and she said good and went in the back room.
I sat down for a second because I really hurt. When I turned my head I saw the manager sitting at her desk in her office & wondered if she cared that her young employee was not properly trained. She hand picked him for me stating he was her best.  She didn't seem to notice me looking at her.  I just left and went home. It was a horrible experience.
I have had good massages and know how they make you feel. This place is a nightmare. I wouldn't go back it they paid me.

    Transformation Center and Associates

My program is designed specifically for me. I am gaining a better understanding of the emotional component to my issues with food. I have only been attending 3 weeks, but, have been pleased with my results thus far. I was especially pleased to learn that at the conclusion of my 10 week program, I am able to continue to see the nutritionist in a group setting twice a month. Having professional accountability is important.

The therapists and staff are professional, yet approachable and friendly. All seem very qualified to provide the level of care each individual patient needs and are open to women seeking more intense treatment options if the program does not seem to be reaching a therapeutic level of improvement.

The grounds are quiet and serene, The center is cheerful and decorated with women in mind.

I have already recommended to the program to someone, even though my dismissal from the program is a few weeks away.

Gould's Day Spa & Salon- Cordova Towne Center
Every aspect of the service was professional and relaxing. The massage area is located in the basement of the building, so you are completely secluded from outside interruptions. The staff was very helpful and punctual, and they offered me a glass of cucumber water after my massage. I wish I could afford to come here every month!

The massage was great, but when I went back up front to settle my bill, I was given the sales pitch about monthly membership. My arm was twisted into signing up for a $60/month service, but I called the next day and cancelled the membership.

It is hit and miss at Massage Envy. There are about three masseuse who really know their stuff. Tina is fantastic. I recommend her if you have an injury. But there is no and quot;standardand quot; and some are pretty bad and unprofessional. I had one provider who, on more than one visit, had bad sinuses and she would snort and breathe on my face - ugh. Another complained constantly about her life. A few just kind of rub your skin. Another had her fast food lunch and coat, etc. thrown in the room. Plus there is no place to hang your clothes and only some of the rooms have mirrors so you can check your hair before you walk out.
Appointments are another matter - there are too many subscribers for what they can handle. And the staff do not seem to be knowledgeable about one's needs. It seems it would be a simple matter of making notes on each subscriber's preference so when they call in, they would know.
*With all of this they are more than happy to be right on target with getting your money. We had our charge card re-issued because of the mess with people stealing identities at Target and Massage Envy hounded us to get the new information. They need to put the same focus on establishing a standard of expectations and professionalism as it does on the money chain.

Gould's Day Spa & Salon- Cordova Towne Center
I expected the service to be good, but it was wonderful. i fell asleep during the massage, and it was exactly what I needed; it was so amazingly comfortable and relaxing. Besides, I prefer it when massage therapists don't engage me in conversation, and I am afraid of coming across rude if I tell them that. A 30 minute massage is a tease, 60 minutes is good, but a 90 minute massage is perfect. I am glad that Gould's was willing to accommodate my request. For the facial, I have never had a facial before, but the person performing it was very sweet and easy going. I don't think facials are something I will continue to get, but not because of her or Gould's. She made it easy to relax through something that wasn't quite up my alley. After everything, there was plenty of water, and I felt very at home with them. I made sure to leave a tip of $25 among the two of them.

we have been members for years. recently the service continues to decline. today we booked our massages 3 days ago. waited til labor day because difficult to get appointments then when we got there it was not in the computer. staff made it feel like it was our fault. no apology, only asked if we wanted to re book. Several similar things have happened in the last year. We are ready to find another place to go. it is not just a waste of money but a waste of time.

    Woolsey, Michael
Michael was right on time, was friendly upon arrival, and got set up and to work promptly. I asked me all the right questions about my situation and dealt with the muscle tightness very effectively.
I've had a lot of experience with top-flight massage therapists and I unhesitatingly put Michael among the best who have worked on me.

My friend that had migraines recommended him highly. I got my neck adjusted and got massages and it cut down the number of migraines I was having in half. I have nothing but good things to say about him.
